Beach is beautiful, the pools are great. The restaurants were good but buffet was hit and miss. Could’ve been better. Some staff members were incredibly nice but most looked like they were miserable and didn’t want to be there. Our room had a bad musty smell on day one but went away after air conditioner was on but for the little time spent in room; it didn’t bother me. Night live needs improvement.

We love everything about the Pineapple Beach Club! We stayed in an oceanfront room that was steps from the beach, pool, restaurants… The view was stunning. I can’t say enough about the staff. They are all awesome! Huge shout out to the lady at the gift shop (I can’t believe I didn’t get her name). She helped to get me some stomach medication that I needed. Seaweed appeared one day, and it was gone the next due to the hard working staff. The grounds are gorgeous- and the gardeners are stealthy- I really wanted to ask questions on how they maintain such beauty! This was our third trip here and is by far my favorite resort in all of the Caribbean.

Beautiful resort with a true Caribbean feel. Food was delicious, Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great for travelers looking for a laid back vibe on a beautiful beach.

We had an AMAZING time in Antigua!! The turquoise waters, red footed tortoises, hermit crabs, mongooses and pelicans made the trip unforgettable! It's a great place to go if you're looking for relaxation! The staff was fantastic! From Wallace or Clementine making a wonderful morning mocha, to Jemie taking excellent care of your rooms housekeeping or Ann Marie, your queen of fun teaching you new fun activities, this is the place to recharge an overworked mind.

I just returned from my trip to Antigua and really enjoyed our stay at the Pineapple Beach Club. First, the location, GREAT! You are tucked in this little cove on Long Bay (a desirable beach and fave for locals) and a trip to the far end of the beach provides soft sand and no waves, perfect for snorkeling, along with some underwater surprises. The food was very good at the buffet! The other restaurants on site were great but honestly the buffet is the way to go. Tons of blackbirds flying in so make sure to not leave your plate unattended, they are quick, annoying but also entertaining. There are a few kitties on the resort, but they are friendly and don't really bother you. We named the small orange/white one "Ginger". She would make someone a great home (hint hint). While the resort itself is older, they are starting to renovate some of the units. Don't be too surprised if your room is on the small side, especially the beach front units. But...who goes to Antigua to stay in their room? Would love to have more beach towels available. The staff were for the most part really accommodating. I had a few favorites and hey, we all have good days and not so good days so I'm not agreeing with some of the reviews that I’ve seen indicating the staff are rude, quite the contrary! I found everyone to be engaging and helpful. We visited a few other properties on the west side (Caribbean) that were definitely more upscale but for the price Pineapple wins! We will be back!

The staff are the highlight of the property. Everyone was friendly, kind, fun and helpful. Always a smile and hello. The food was a surprise. Everything we had was very tasty. Not typical for an all inclusive. Activities were fun. The room was a bit of a disappointment. Ours was in need of a refresh and a little dirty. I understand a remodel is happening soon. I can wholeheartedly recommend. The resort is small and chill. You get to know everyone.
