Very clean hotel from the lobby to the shower. Very attentive staff, comfortable beds not memory foam but decent. Indoor pool wasnt heated so don't expect to hop in during fall and winter.

From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by an individual who seemed to be having a bad day or year. Rude and unprofessional pretty much sums it up. Lost his temper double charged and then credited someone else's account. Honestly, I will never recommend this hotel to ANYONE. I felt bad the workers who seem to be working in a stressful environment. Disorganization caused a stressful check-in process. I will be sending a formal dispute with corporate.

We enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn. It felt very clean, the bed was comfortable, black out curtains were awesome and the noon check out was the best! My only critque would be the fact that you can hear everything in the hallway. I heard every door open and close, and could very easily hear conversations. Besides that, it was a great stay and we would use this hotel again.

THE EXPERIENCE OVER THE 3NIGHTS I SPENT WAS PRETTY BAD! AT FIRST IT WAS OK I WAS ABLE TO CHECK IN I HAD 2! ROOMS! BY THE WAY BUT THE SHOWER WAS PRETTY DIRTY AND TO TOP IT OFF ALL 3 NIGHT I SPENT TAKING COLD SHOWERS! THEN THE 2ND NIGHT WE FOUND A BUG ON THE BED AND THE MANAGER AGREED TO HAVE OUR ROOM DEEP CLEANED SPRAYED SO SINCE THAT SHOULD SETTLE OUR MINDS WE WENT OUT FOR AN ALL DAY ADVENTURE CAME BACK AROUND 930PM AND OUR ROOM DOOR WAS LEFT OPEN BY THE STAFF THAT CLEANED OUR ROOM!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN AND BECAUSE I USED ******* THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING BUT ISSUE US 5000 POINTS FOR THE INCONVENIENCE WHAT A RIP!!!

The condition of the room was dirty. There was hair in the corners and there were toenails on the carpet. They gave us three towels on Saturday night even though there were four of us, and then they did not change our towels on Sunday. They did not replace the toilet paper and we were down to one toilet paper for the rest of the time. The advertisement said that they were two queen beds. They were two double beds, and we were very disappointed with this. The front staff were not helpful when we needed to get onto the internet. They did not give us the exact password.

The first room we checked into the refrigerator was leaking. They checked us into another room and the bathtub and shower curtain was very dirty. The bottle where the shampoo was supposed to be had lotion instead of shampoo. The hand soap bottle by the second day ran out of soap!! Horrible experience overall!!!

The first room we booked had a broken main door lock and the second room we were given had a tub that wouldn’t drain so we took showers with dirty water filling up to our ankles, the floors were so nasty it turned the white bath mats black, and the mini fridge kept us up all night making extremely loud noises.

This was obviously a very new property or renovation. Everything was modern, clean and in good repair. The location was very convenient for classic tourism, the morning breakfast hearty and varied in its offerings. The staff were super-nice. Just a great all-round experience.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. Our main problem was we requested a wheelchair accessible room and didnt get one by the time we arrived. The staff did try to fix the issue, but a room wasnt available to fit our needs. Despite this we stayed and made the best of it because of the location and other conveniences.

It was a good experiencie staying at this hotel. It was clean and very convenient to eating and shopping. The breakfast was decent and the staff were keeping it well stocked. The staff was helpful. I can only drink decaf tea and they had it available which is a big plus for me. The indoor pool is nice and everything was clean. I would stay in this hotel again.

Good location. Uber/lyft rides are cheap from here to Busch Gardens. Overall for the price it’s a nice place to stay. Breakfast is adequate.

The hotel was nice and clean and I loved the area. The only compliant I have is for the staff. Housekeeping entered out room while we were in there. We requested a late check-out so housekeeping should have come after we left.
