It’s fully furnished & stocked with everything you need for a home away from home private getaway! The house sits on the Bay and is walking distance to the famous Wildwood Beaches, and a very short drive to the Boardwalk & Cape May! This house features Central Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans, Smart TVs with Cable in every room, & a large eat in kitchen with breakfast nook. The 1st Bedroom features a King size bed. The 2nd Bedroom features a Full size bed with Twin bunk, and a Twin bed. The 3rd Bedroom features a Queen size bed, 1 recliner, private bathroom and very large walk in closet. The living room features a sofa & loveseat, and a Twin size daybed with additional pull out Twin bed, and 75” TV. The Fully stocked kitchen features everything you need including small appliances, cookware and dinnerware for cooking and serving your family & friends. First cup of coffee is on us, just bring your food and beverages! There is a Microwave, Dishwasher, and Washer/ Dryer on site as well. A full list of items available for your use will be provided upon final payment for worry-free vacation prep! This corner property features an outdoor seating deck up front, and a BBQ, eating & firepit area on the side. The Beach is walking distance (less than 10 minutes) or a 2-minute drive as is Sunset Park. The Boardwalk is a less than 10-minute drive away & Cape May is a very short drive away also. Wheeled beach cart, Beach chairs, and Umbrellas are available for your use. Driveway is available and fits two cars for your parking convenience. Enough room to sleep 6, bedroom with twin bunk beds, a queen size bed, and roll out trundle bed; the living room area has folding queen sofa, pullout chair, and futon. For Dinner, The folded table opens to full-size table with chairs to accommodate your entire family. Pool, sun deck, Laundry, Grills, and outside shower on site. Pool, grills, sun deck, laundry room and the shower on the both sides of the building. Bike racks are available with own lock. Please bring you own bed sheets, and towels. Pillows, blankets, kitchen items Are available for you to use. The Jersey South Shore have been voted the best beaches on the East Coast. Wildwoods is clean, safe and perfect for the entire family. Location, location, location – when you rent our condo you will be mere steps away from the beach. This recently renovated condo is designed to make your family vacation as relaxing and memorable as possible. You can't beat the views!The unit is on the 3rd floor of a 3 floor condo complex. No Elevator.Check-in 4:00 PM. (no exception due to cleaning schedule) Check-out 10:00 AM.Guests MUST provide their own linens (queen sheet set for the front bedroom, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 twin sets of sheets for the back bedroom, dish towels, bath towels, and beach towels) and comforters/blankets. You will need another set of full sheets and a comforter if you want to use the pullout couch. We have removed blankets and comforters. We can not guarantee that these items are laundered between guests. We provide four pillows on each bed and have placed protective covers on each pillow. We have purchased new mattress pads for both the queen bed in the bedroom and the queen sofa sleeper in the living room. We have left hot pads. Not certain guests would think to bring these items, and we wanted to ensure you could cook safely.Must be over 25 years old to rent. This is a family oriented condo complex. No events - No pets. - No parties - No wet bathing suits on the furniture or beds. Absolutely no hot pots or pans on the dining table. The dining table is made of composite material and will be permanently damaged by hot cookware.Covid 19Our condo is professionally cleaned between guests by a professional cleaning company.The following are protocols my cleaners have put into place:With COVID-19 affecting all of us in one way or another, we want our customers to know we are here to do our part to help keep your homes, rentals and businesses disinfected, sanitized and in working order for the road ahead.
