威斯巴登市中心優品迎飯店

Unfortunately we are still at this hotel. When we first arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady who told us there is always someone here 24/7 for whatever you need. After the first uncomfortable night (rock hard mattress and only 2 pillows each) I wanted to ask for 2 more pillows. We stood at Reception for ages and eventually a lady with long dark hair came and we asked if we could have 2 more pillows. She abruptly said “NO you have 2 pillows each, that is more than enough for you”. I explained that I needed 3 as I suffer from reflux and my husband also needed three. She abruptly replied “NO, our hotel has no spare pillows its 2 each”. There was nobody at Reception last night either! So much for Premier Inns promise of a good nights sleep. So in reply to her rude “NO” I will say “NO we would NOT recommend staying in this rude and very unhelpful hotel”.

Modern hotel with parking. Great bathroom, comfortable beds. Would be nice if there were some storage/ drawers for things like underwear in rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice quiet bar on evening for last drink. Only about 400 metres from buses to town centre, only 3 stops so very close. Main train station in easy walking distance in less than 5 minutes

Das Hotel befindet sich in der unmittelbaren Nähe des Bahnhofs. Ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen, das Zimmer war sauber und hell. Das Zimmer hatte sogar eine kleine Terrasse. Ich habe perfekt geschlafen. Einziges Manko: ein Gast über mir hat mehrfach brennende Kippen aus dem Fenster auf die Terrasse geworfen sodass der Rauch ständig ins Zimmer zog, Aber für unangenehme Gäste, kann das Hotel ja nichts.

Premier Inn 是一家非常乾淨、舒適的飯店。我選擇它是因為它位於火車站附近的中心位置等等，我非常滿意。入住和退房都很簡單，工作人員非常友善。由於飯店還很新，所有設施都處於最佳狀態。受到推崇的！

O hotel é lindo e muito bem localizado: fizemos nossos passeios a pé. Os apartamentos são bonitos, porém um pouco pequenos. As camas são bastante confortáveis e a roupa de cama é maravilhosa. O café da manhã é muito variado e estava delicioso.
