Really lovely reception area, staff were great during book in, very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, spacious and warm. Just what we wanted for our one night stay. Didn't visit the bar or restaurant as was with my 12 year old Son but the menu looked excellent and the bar area looked pleasant. Plenty of nice flat car parking spaces. Would definitely visit again!

Stedet var virkelig slidt, sengene gamle og ubehagelige at sove på. Der var ingen rengøring eller udskift af håndklæder, tømning af skraldespand eller opfyldning af toiletpapir osv., i de 6 dage vi var der.
Det eneste positive var perspnalets venlighed.

Staff were super friendly, and it was dog friendly so it was great for us. However, we could hear all that happened in the corridor and we were awake for hours as other guests came in and out of their rooms chatting. They were not loud but we could hear it all. The mattress were a bit hard and the room could be cleaner but overall it was ok.

Nice one night stay for business locally. I was late arriving so didn’t eat at the restaurant, and I didn’t get chance to have breakfast either. The room was spacious and clean, nice touches like biccies and a posh coffee machine. Comfy bed and nice & quiet apart from my next door neighbour coughing loudly nearly all night !

Upon arrival our room was messy and hadn’t been serviced, but the staff quickly dealt with this and provided us another room to stay in. The cleanliness of the bathroom wasn’t the best, but the rooms were nice and comfortable!

I stayed here for 1 night and I made a teeny error which they were very helpful with.
The weekend I stayed there was a party so allocating me to a room where everyone passes wasnt nice. Ideally they should have put the party guests near the event and me as far away as poss.
Breakfast was so so.
The staff are absolutely fab and really accommodating.

Currently on the road and booked this hotel for a good night sleep and a bath!
It didn't disappoint, huge bed and huge TV to go with it. Will stay again when I get the chance. A pleasant surprise hidden in-between Widnes and Warrington
The lady who checked us in was charming and professional making me chuckle on arrival! (not sure of her name - Thurs @1900)

The bed was solid hard and think may have been broken as it was like sleeping with my feet higher than my head.
TV remote was broken so had to get out of bed to change channels and turn off.
When someone flushed the toilet in a neighbouring room it made a horrendous whinning noise.
Looks lovely from outside but a bit dated inside and not a very good stay overall!! Definitely wouldn't stay here again!
