威奇托萬豪飯店

Payed for Club access with King bed and sofa bed, showed the receptionist the receipt from paying online. Immediately after she told me how much the room would be. I show her the receipt again because I already payed she takes a few minutes and finds what ever she needed to on her end and gives me a room. I go to the room it’s not the right room. I come back downstairs show her the receipt again she said she made a mistake and moves me to the right room. Later the same night a different receptionist gives me hard time about club access. I showed this 2nd receptionist my booking receipt with club access and she tells me I should have booked with the Hotels website and not Hotel app, I’m not sure why it matters if the price is the same but that’s why she said I didn’t have it. She said she would give me the access as if it was a favor she was doing and not something that was clear in my receipt.

Clean safe facilities. The staff are very attentive and personable. The food offerings were excellent as well. Definitely found our new place to stay when we come to Wichita.

There were no amenities like even a bottle of water that is expected with this class of hotel. However, the security was great! I liked that you needed your key card for every guest floor.

Room was good but we didn’t get what we paid for. No couch, or amenities that we were expecting. Paid premium money for just another room.

Definitely worth the stay! Clean large room. Cosy lightning. Clean and nice. The reception staff are wonderful, especially the guy checking us in, not sure if the name. Loved the Christmas decorations too!

Overall a good experience! The one thing is no microwave in the room and no free coffee. Everything had to be bought at the restaurant.

One of the best! I love this hotel! One of the best ones in Wichita! I especially love the club room! Definitely worth the extra money!
