Ocupe dos habitaciones y en ninguna funcionaba bien los toilets, olores terribles al entrar el lugar estaba viejo no pude descansar los ac con un ruido terrible y una noche al volver de fuera encontré ratones corriendo en el corredor , terrible lugar !!

We liked having 3 beds. Friends came up unexpectedly and we had enough room for them plus the extra bathroom helped. But had to move rooms cause no hot water. Family went to eat breakfast at 730am and was very disappointed.

I'm not a real pinky person, the only thing I wished was different was at the beds weren't as firm. Other than that a decent breakfast, decent shower pressure and a quiet room. Will definitely book again next to my come to the area.

The restaurant located in the hotel, while probably serves amazing food, creates an aroma that permeates throughout the entire hotel. The appearance of the outside and lobby was decent, but the homeless people outside the doors didn't leave you with the safest of feelings, there is also a rather uninviting sign in the parking lot. The room was okay - a couple small stains on the sheets, but they smelled clean, and the towels were nice and clean. The tub, while clean, could definitely use some work. The ottoman and desk chair "leather" was very cracked. There was some sort of food dried to the air unit in the hallway by the elevators.

When exiting in the morning to the parking lot, there were homeless people sleeping just inside that hotel entrance and outside the doors. The ceiling tiles in the lobby were not is good shape with water stains and looked like they were in bad shape The room had light fixtures not working. Made it feel dark and dingy. The decor in the restaurant was middle eastern and felt like I was staying somewhere in India. Not Kansas.

Someone set off the fire alarm at about 1 am and it took about an hr or so to get under control.

There was a stain on the sheets on the king size bed, the hair dryer almost shocked me as the plug was broken. We waited ten minutes for the front desk clerk to come check us in, in the room there must have been a picture in the room as there were hooks but no picture.

From first impression the location is questionable, then immediately upon entry the lobby smells like sewage coming from the public restroom and then overpoweringly smells like Indian food as you approach the front desk. The staff was kind but that served as little compensation for the ambiance. Every piece of furniture in the lobby was broken in different ways. With regard to the hotel room it was as aforementioned poorly lit and after further consideration that appears to have been on purpose to hide the lack of cleanliness or proper care/maintenance. We all refused to sleep under the blankets, or shower. The shower had a hair filled drain. We booked a room for 4 but were given only 2 towels (again not that we used them). Then my favorite feature was the barely functioning heater, which stopped working somewhere in the evening but did continue to spit out cold air. In addition to the heater not working it also had a terrible air leak from the outside which allowed cold air to come in. The final nail in the coffin that lead to this review was seeing the in room microwave which is best described as filthy. There were also cobwebs around the woodwork, an exposed metal bed frame support and a crudely painted yet completely exposed electrical panel (3 feet from the tub). I assume this is a family owned and operated establishment which bought them some goodwill from me but my sincere hope is that they seek professional management and until they do please stay somewhere else.

Was near the InTrust Bank Arena and easy to find as we came from out of state. Easy to shopping areas as well.
