威奇托東北希爾頓Tru飯店

Place sucks. Very bad service. Will never stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay in Tru by Hilton. Super clean, staff are very friendly and helpful

Rooms are very small and bad customer service upon arrival

Very unsafe hotel, and extremely rude employees. I arrived shortly before midnight and Pond departure around 7 AM. My truck was broken into. When I approach the front desk, the lady says things happen often, and that is why the owners of the property do not employ cameras on the exterior to limit their liability. When I asked additional questions, she just put me off like I was some sort of inconvenience to her. Huge fan of Hilton, but stay far away from this junk property.

We stayed for 4 nights. We stay here several times a year and have always had a great experience. This visit, our room was not cleaned/serviced the entire time. We had a large pile of dirty towels, full trashes and sheets that kept coming off. The last day we had towels handed at the door. I asked if they'd come back and take dirty towels and trash, they said they would. It never happened. We will find somwehere else to stay when we return in 3 weeks. Very disappointed!

Housekeeping only cleaned our room 1 time in 4 days. We had to keep going to the front desk to get clean towels and wash clothes.

Manager was not really friendly upon me having credit card troubles..wouldn't let me pay with my other credit card on hand..was just a hassle not very polite to wife also..we have stayed

We stayed for 4 days, 3 nights and our room wasn't cleaned until we asked twice on our last day there. This happened last time we stayed. We will not stay there again.

It was clean enough I guess. The floors are all laminate and they're popping up and they are very slick when you get out of the shower. The shower is really slick so I had to put a towel down to keep from falling. There is no coffee pot, no microwave, very little refrigerator. No swimming pool, no hot tub. It'd be okay for just a one night stay. But for 5 days, no. I like to be able to get a cup of coffee as soon as I get out of bed. Not have to get dressed and go down and get coffee. We were on the second floor, and one morning while I was trying to sleep in, there was banging on the side of the hotel. I got up to go to the bathroom cuz it woke me up, opened up the blind, and there's a guy on a lift right outside my window. Luckily I had some clothes on. And there was people in the last night that came in on the 3rd floor that started at 4:00 in the morning sounding like a herd of elephants running back and forth across the room, that lasted about 2 hours. Not running like kids heavy adults. I went down to the lobby one time and I did not see one person at the desk. For the price that we paid, I expected a little better accommodations.
