格羅斯山旅館(Grouse Mountain Lodge)

This was a perfect place to end an amazing day at Glacier National Park. Beautiful fireplace greets you as you enter the lobby and the staff cheerfully check you into your room. The beds were cozy and the rooms were very clean. Restaurant on site with a delicious menu and gift shop with so many options at great prices. The area is picturesque and quiet while being only minutes to the center of town. Will definitely stay here again.

Very poor service when it can to noise compliant , a family had there kids screaming, jumoing in beds running down the hallway from 10pm to 12:30. Our bed was literally shaking . Frist call to front desk I wasn’t sure if it was above or both sides of us but they didn’t follow up and when I called back they said they would call but instead of walking down the hallway to investigate the noise continued for another hour . I’m usually have a god stay here but the lack of assistance by the front desk definitely makes me not want to come back . I understand kids out loud but the parents were yelling and swearing and after 10 it’s just very disrespectful.

Property is well maintained and feels extremely safe. Friendly staff, nice hot tub/pool and the sauna was a great bonus! Parking was easy and close to entrance doors. Food was delicious as we dined a couple of times there. Definitely warm and cozy with the fireplaces going, plenty of seating areas inside and out. Coffee and water station at your convenience was handy. Parking lot was cleared every morning if there was snow accumulation. We will definitely be back and loved every minute!!

Front desk staff told me that I could check out one night early, When ******* attempted to verify this, the hotel did not respond so now I am being charged for a night I did not use. ******* possibly made an attempt to talk to the hotel but when I called the front desk, no one could verify this.

The only thing I didn't like it that you can't reach the shower knob from outside of the shower. Getting blasted with cold water was quite uncomfortable.

I've stayed at several Whitefish properties in past 10 years and Grouse Mtn Lodge is now one of my favorites. Very clean with a great Montana vibe. Staff was very accommodating. Restaurant was great with live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. Close to skiing at Whitefish Mountain and very close to Whitefish Lake if you were here in the summertime. Property is right on the golf course too, and was full of cross-country skiers getting some exercise.

Beautiful hotel with big vaulted ceilings in our room. We enjoyed our complimentary drink at the bar. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We were allowed to bring our puppy along and she was welcome in all the common areas with us. The food was alright but overpriced for the quality and the service wasn’t very good unfortunately:(
