白宮旅館

I spent two weeks traveling in South Africa, staying in 12 lodges/hotels. This White House Lodge impressed me the most. It felt like I'd returned home many years ago. Everything was so welcoming and pleasant. Suzanne met me at the airport. Although, due to communication issues, I wasn't sure she'd be able to meet me, and I'd have to find a taxi. It was very nice to see Suzanne upon arrival holding a sign with my name. On the way to the lodge, we saw several impalas. She organized safari in Kruger park for me both days while I was staying at the lodge. Excellent dinners, a wonderful selection of South African wine (it rivals good European wines), a lawn, a garden, a swing, and a stunning view of the valley. A very nice place and hostess. P.S. I really wanted to see a leopard and a rhino on safari – but I ended up seeing all of the Big Five.

A propriedade é muito segura e acolhedora; ambiente familiar e aconchegante. Todas as dependências são extremamente limpas e os quartos amplos e impecavelmente limpos. Café da manhã excelente e demais refeições, que foram solicitadas, de altíssima qualidade e saborosas. Está localizada perto do Parque Kruger e a 10 minutos do aeroporto Nelspruit.

We really loved this property. The accoms were very spacious and our front veranda and look out of the valley below was very relaxing. Exceptional hosts who were very helpful with suggestions and provided a delicious breakfast.

We stayed in White River for 1 night in between Joburg and Kruger. This location was ideal as a transit location, but we also liked the hotel itself. The owner messaged us in advance to check in on arrival time. She was there waiting when we arrived and provided a personal tour. Room was comfortable at a reasonable rate. Views are stunning at sunrise. Breakfast was excellent.

Only 1 was originally planned, but place was so nice I decided to stay an other 2. Nice breakfast, amazing view, quiet...
