on price wise the this is a place for short trip stayover, dont expect too much

The service was good. Unfortunately there was a hazardous stain on the bedding. To which the hotel said she will refund 30% of the stay.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was also good.

The property itself is somewhat run down; the building seemed old. The parking is tight and steep in several areas making it hard to maneuver. This made me very nervous as I was driving a rental. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. My room was nice and clean. I had more than enough room. Breakfast was good!!

This hotel is a disgrace . It is not kept up at all or clean . Thankfully we were only there for a day and a half otherwise I would have requested we be refunded and have left . I should have known it was going to be an issue when we were checking in and there was a woman sitting under the no smoking sign right next to the entrance smoking pot. The front desk employees did spray the area and the man who checked me in was friendly and provided us with extra towels and blankets . The room didn’t have a dresser so all clothes had to be hung in the closet which I didn’t use and just kept them in my suitcase . The bathroom didn’t have proper ventilation there was a vent but no fan so I’m sure mold is an issue . The grout from the shower was literally peeling off when the shower ran . There was a ring in the bathtub and hair on the wall in the shower . One of the lights didn’t work in the bedroom as well which was a minor thing considering the rest. It was our first time in the area and this was recommended on the hotels app( which I highly recommend you change ). We normally stay at Marriott when vacationing but this somehow managed to sadly have better reviews . DO NOT STAY HERE!

Room furniture was stodgy and old, very worn out. Desk chair was crooked. Makes no sense this is Hampton Inn. Staff was fine but room was exceptionally poor.

Tv remote didnt really work. 2 towels when there is a family is not enough. Staff was very nice and room was clean.

I love this space. It’s always a great experience to have with family. Definitely recommend :)
