舒適飯店-波科諾山區(Comfort Inn - Pocono Mountains)

The worst hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Didn’t even stay one night in the hotel. Terrible rooms to match the terrible staff

The bathroom was a bit outdated with dried caulk and mineral water stains. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

Aside from the refrigerator not working, my room was good/clean and I had no complaints. I was on the second floor... they must have been doing some renovations to some of the rooms because there was lots of dirt and debris all in the hallway which should have been cleaned up. The continental breakfast and accommodations were better than expected.

This hotel was fine for what we needed it for…. A safe & comfortable place to stay after a day of tubing and then getting up the next morning to leave. We didn’t spend a significant amount of time here, but we used the pool for an hour and breakfast had a decent selection the following morning. The location was great and there’s a WaWa right down the road! It’s also 10 minutes from the state park with nice hiking trails. The bathroom could use a major upgrade and the room didn’t have a lot of space, lighting was poor, but again….. we were only staying here for a quick night and didn’t expect it to be luxury.

Staff very friendly. Whiskers around the tub before anyone took a shower. Empty coffee creamers under the edge of the bed. Rennovations going on on our floor. Had to ask for more breakfast items at 8 am. Waffle mix machine not dispensing, but was graciously accommodated after a request. Staff is great.

Disappointed…on so many levels. Do not stay here. The owners don’t care about their patrons.

This was exactly what I needed last moment. Staff was welcoming and communicative, making it easy to navigate the place. Room was clean, tidy and with all the needed amenities

Vinyl plank floors throughout. Bathroom door opens against the bed. Shower curtain rod was broken away from the wall and shower curtain was sagging to the middle of it.

Room seemed a little run down. Kid at the front desk was a rude, gave an attitude when we asked for more pillows as the bed only had throw pillows. He said they didn’t have any pillows available. Bed was comfortable though.
