Escape to our guesthouse on a mini working farm. This peaceful setting tucked away on several acres along a creek with nature trails is the perfect mountain getaway. We are conveniently situated near quaint wineries such as King Family, breweries along with hiking and the Blue Ridge Parkway that is a short hop, jump and a skip away. Every effort has been made to keep this a green haven, chemical and synthetic scent free, so you can leave recharged and rested. Beautiful loft above the garage. Clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. Clear instructions about everything we needed to know. We really enjoyed Joanna’s place!

Hidden Gem
Our stay was wonderful and very comfortable, room was super clean and described accurately. We hope to return soon and enjoy the great nearby food and beautiful scenery and wineries. A definite hidden gem!

Charming Guesthouse!
This above garage guesthouse was cozy, quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our weekend stay visiting family nearby and Charlottesville. Lovely finishing touches and thoughtful amenities throughout. Will definitely consider staying again.

Lovely mountain-adjacent studio
This was my second stay at the property. I've stayed in a number of different places around the mountain area and this one is so clean, convenient, friendly, and accessible to the surrounding Afton areas. Can't wait to return.

Perfect place!
This was perfect for my wife and I. We hit Pro Re Nata brewery which was only 2 minutes away. Our host greeted us as we arrived and everything was so clean and was furnished well. We will be back!

Lovely, quiet, comfortable
Stayed here while riding at Afton Stables, just 10 minutes away. Hosts were communicative and welcoming, studio apartment is clean and comfortable. I'll be returning.
