This is the second time that I stayed in this hotel. The overall experience is good but not excellent.

Si quieres descansar este lodge es tu opción ideal Lugar bien ubicado, condiciones excelentes, la cama estuvo deliciosa, calefacción en el piso un gran detalle, detalles mínimos de mantenimiento fueron resueltos de inmediato. Jacuzzi para los niños!

Perfect location and massive space Our second time at this place and the first time for ski season. The location is amazing, the condo is huge and very quite. A few meters away from the gondola which is always great.

Everything was amazing except a rude and confrontational maintenance worker on Sunday night, which put a bad taint on an otherwise excellent visit. I called the front desk if I could have food delivered at night, but without leaving my room as I had a young child sleeping. I was told it would not be a problem they would buzz them in. But the driver couldn't figure out the rather complex routine expected of him (no front desk exists on the property and the lobby is always locked). Apparently the front desk called the maintenance worker (I did not) who showed up angrily at my door and lectured me that I need to go to the lobby to get food. He was very rude and belligerent.

Beautiful condo with gas fireplace, full kitchen, well appointed bathrooms and comfortable bed. Convenient walk out lobby to ski gondola. Housekeeping was excellent.

We were given a room right next to a very loud gondola station and restaurant, loud music boomed through our unit. The hotel was very empty, we saw no other guests on our floor or a friends floor over 2 days, parking lot was deserted, yet we were told all rooms were occupied in our category and only way to be moved to a quiet room was to pay for an upgrade. The place is beautiful and great location, if you book as for a quiet room away from the roads and gondola station. I won’t stay again as I felt the offer to upgrade for money was disingenuous and obviously there were other quiet rooms they could have moved us to. Strongly recommend Nita Lake Lodge over any of the Ovations properties.
