Blackcomb Lodge is a winter wonder den! Nestled near the slopes, it's all about ski, sleep, repeat. The vibe is cozy chic, and the hot cocoa is on point. Perfect crash pad for snow junkies!

這裡的管理人員非常棒，非常友好和樂於助人。從酒店步行即可到達電梯、商店、餐館、藥店等。儘管我們在周末度假時身處派對小鎮的中心，但我們的房間相當安靜。我們唯一的抱怨是前台工作人員。我們要求將毛巾帶到我們的房間，但當時前台的人似乎只是假裝關心。不出所料，他們從來沒有給我們帶來毛巾，當我們回來晚了時，我們只是用我們擁有的東西來應付。我確信如果經理們當時在辦公桌旁的話，他們會自己做這件事。

飯店前台很粗魯並且具有誤導性。由於不列顛哥倫比亞省野火導致道路封閉，我們想取消酒店預訂，他們告訴我們他們不能這樣做，只有********可以這樣做，但他們會幫助我們。他們說他們已經準備好取消，如果******** 同意，他們很樂意全額退款，他們甚至讓我們打電話******* 並寫電子郵件給***** ***消除。然而，他們對取消政策撒了謊，並且無意取消預訂或退款。即使打了很多電話，他們也沒有承認這一點，也沒有傳達這一點。他們對我們說一件事，對********說另一件事。他們可以簡單地透過說他們不會取消或退款來簡化這個過程。不需要幾個小時來來回回。

First time staying at this hotel and we were greeted by a very friendly man Benny (the supervisor) and muskan (the assistant manager) who was at the front desk made check in easy flowing and not a hassle , we enjoyed staying at the blackcomb lodge and decided to stay an extra night and Benny was on top of our parking ticket and room key deactivation .

I was charged extra fees and staff at reservation desk said it is because I booked through *******. Also I was charged 250 $ as damage deposit. After one week I have to call them back to revert back my deposit. It took three days constant reminder calls to get money back . To keep my back bag before check in time they want me to charge extra as well. They gave me only two keys whereas we were three guests. The bed sheets were unclean and had some sort of stains were there. The pool area was also not well clean.

This hotel is close to the action but is in dire need of a renovation. Cannot believe the state of the hotel given the amount charged. Water stains in ceiling and poor lighting. The bed was very hard…can tell it was old. If the bed was better I might be inclined to give a higher review. Only plus was the close proximity.

The room.was bigger than needed. The room had paint peeling off the walls. No breakfast for the price you pay. No free.parking for the prive you pay. Sure it was clean but the stay was terrible!!!!

It was such a hassle to check in, you have to buzz in and they will not allow you to check in at 3:30pm you have to check in at 4pm on the dot. There is only 1 elevator so you have to use the stairwell quite a bit. The room we got was upgraded to a balcony which was tiny and it was far from the elevator and stairs and it was also noisy at night it was facing towards the middle section. The room is quite dated and the washroom floors were super cold. It’s also not super close to the lifts. Unfortunately I would stay elsewhere. Horstman house is better although farther away. But check in and not having to buzz in and sleeping well is worth it to not stay at Blackcomb lodge. It’s also $34 per night for parking which isn’t 24 hours is only from 4pm to 3pm the next day.
