Our hotel was filthy and rundown. Toenail clippings under the bed, another bed looked slept in. The lobby men's WC was soiled from days with no cleaning regime at all. The restaurant shelving hadn't met Mr Pledge or Mrs Duster for weeks it seemed. It's fair to say that if this were my first use of a Premier Inn, it would be my last, as it looked like a tired budget roadside motel.

Poor staff, poor food at breakfast, small and expensive car park, room was dirty and mouldy. I will never book here again.

stayed for one night(26/07) as we booked a day at Thorpe on the Saturday. Car park is to the rear and is secure. Despit people saying it’s hard to find it really isn’t quite easy actually. Drive upto the gate, light changes from red to green and opens up. After reading the reviews on here was expecting it be a nightmare but not really sure what everyone is moaning about. Was just fine but yes the ramps are a bit tight apart from that no issues. Really isn’t as bad as half the reviews make out! Check in was easy and quick Bar was tidy and clean Staff were friendly Room was fine. Windows don’t open but the room had air con so no issues Breakfast was good lots of food. Was hot (apart from the bacon) , again staff were friendly. In conclusion would stay here again for a trip to Thorpe. Does what a hotel needs to. Was dreading staying here after trawling through Tripadvisor but I think people will moan about the smallest of things. 10/10.

Poor customer service due to under staffing, average at best food, carpark is too small and too tight for most modern cars causing damage on entry or exit and the hotel in general is shabby. The roof garden is an eyesore.

Outstanding service and housekeeping. Hotel was very clean, friendly and the buffet breakfast was excellent value for money. Would highly recommend this premier inn, it was perfect for an overnight pit stop before heading to Thorpe Park on a family day out.

Dank, overlooked stale aired room. Hotel needs a deep clean, including the lifts. Very awkward parking for £7/night
