Very good value for money the family room was a big room with a double and 2 big single beds , the mattress and pillows very hard but very clean , didn’t sleep to good . The towels were big and of good quality, the furniture was very dated and we had to boil the kettle on the floor as no plug sockets anywhere but above the skirting board . The windows frames were sliding windows and were very old and need looking at as they get stuck when you try to open them . Breakfast was very good cooked fresh by a very happy chef singing in the kitchen 👍. The waiter had no service skills what so ever , I was eating my fruit salad and he brought out my cooked breakfast and I had to lift my bowl up and he just put the plate in front of me and walked off while im still holding my fruit in the air , he brought a pot of tea and balance it on the edge of the table and walked off , he had no training g what do ever , he didn’t know if they cooked veggie breakfast. The hotel is located in a lovely area by the the river and was nice to sit on the decking watchi g the boats go by . The outside of the hotel needs serious work on the windows and doors but for the money and a one night stay it was very good . 👍

The hotel is a little dated and worn, so I had some trepidation when I first arrived. However, my room was very clean and comfortable. All the usual amenities. Breakfast was available but I didn’t take it. The only thing I would say is that the rooms are very close together And the doors are quite loud. I was fortunate in that I did not have noisy neighbours but I would imagine if you had people coming and going a lot it would be very irritating.

Hotel had no hot water for showers and sink, no attempt to resolve or rectify

Terrible room, not clean dead flies bodies in the toilet, dirt in the towel, dusty, plus you can clearly hear what's going on next door and TV turn it on it self; I moved to somewhere else after staying there one night.
