When we arrived, the front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. We were told we could eat at the restaurant right off the lobby so we planned to eat dinner there. When we arrived at the restaurant 20 mins later, they told us we could not eat there unless we had made prior reservations due to a wedding they had next door. The lady told us “we have to prioritize the wedding of 200 people”. I asked where we should eat and the lady shrugged. One of the waiters, who was very kind apologized and recommended the bar . They had some dishes from their restaurant menu. We were pretty irritated because we were both exhausted and the lady was very rude to us. We watched 20+ people get turned away from eating dinner due to this wedding. I completely understand that they need to focus on a wedding and the food for the wedding, however we should’ve been told about this when we arrived that the restaurant wasn’t available unless we had already made a reservation. The resort is very nice and there was a lot of fun things you can do there, but some of the staff were quite unkind.

We had a king bed room with a parking lot view. The room was fine but dated, decently large but would have preferred a Mountain View. The bathroom was big but had a small stall shower. My biggest complaint was that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Parking was available in outside lot or underground garage. We appreciated the guest only beverage center for coffee beverages and water ( plain , sparkling and flavored) . The gym is well equipped but in a separate building with the outdoor pool. Breakfast was available in the Coleman Brook Tavern with outside or inside seating. We were there in the summer and lunch was not available during the week other than a taco stand. We enjoyed the live music and the fire pit area. Overall, was underwhelmed with the property for the price.

We stayed 2 night on Easter weekend. The highlights were the location & the staff - these overshadow any limitations. The cons were that there's no room upkeep even at the high price point. And the lobby level (and access to the ski lift) can apparently only be accessed by the central elevators. So there's a long walk if you parked underneath your room on the south side. There are lots amenities and lot of families to keep kids happy. Overall vibe was good.

Pillows are horrible, food below average and overpriced. Lift ticket overpriced and half of them not working. Tv is tiny. Got injured with torn MCL and they offered no sympathy, no refund on the hotel. I checked out earlier but no refund. They provided stale power bars at the check in

Wifi is very spotty and has been an ongoing problem since the floods of July 2023. Can't do Zoom calls and sometimes you lose the signal altogether. Owners lose access inside through the pool area front desk to get to the locker room before 10am. This change was not announced and reflects poorly on management. Owners/guests were not notified. Can't stay in a place with poor wifi. Also, while grooming was good, not enough trails were open from the top of the lifts.

Clearly you choose Jackson Gore for convenience/location, but that’s about it. It’s very bare bones. Staying in a queen/queen room with husband and two young boys. No fridge, no microwave, no normal size surfaces to keep your stuff organized. Tried to do b day celebration with cake and it was absurd - nowhere to really put the cake. Four guests, four bath towels. No extras. No housekeeping after our first night. TBD tomorrow. That means the trash wasn’t taken out and we didn’t get fresh towels. Beds are fine/comfortable enough. TV is like 22” max. Remote doesn’t work. No Netflix or smart tv. Cheap furnishings. Only restaurant on site not allowing take out orders at 7pm on a Saturday in January. That said, it’s super convenient to be ski in/ out. Just temper your expectations.

My family visited Jackson Gore last week, and unfortunately lost our car keys on the mountain. As we made arrangements to resolve the situation, we were helped by Kyle at the Jackson Gore Inn. Kyle was incredibly understanding and compassionate, and he made sure to do whatever he could to help us through a stressful situation. It is people like Kyle that keep bringing our family back to Okemo year after year. Thank you!

We stayed here for a few days for an event nearby. We booked a two queen room so no kitchen etc. The room was good size and clean but a little dated. The heating unit was not functioning properly and at time blew cold air which was inconvenient. The location is really nice and stay was good. Front staff was friendly and did not use any of the facilities so I can’t rate anything. For a few days it works but not sure about a long term stay.

We arrived on a tour bus and were shocked at the type of room they stuck us in. We needed a room with 2 beds and upon arrival, we had to walk past 34 other rooms to get to ours at the end of the hall. Opened the door and were quite shocked at how tiny it was. You could barely get your suitcase through the very narrow hallway to the sleeping area. I had trouble getting my suitcase past the 1 chair to put it next to the bed. It took up the entire floor space next to the bed. I spoke to others in our group who had spacious rooms with a sitting area and a fireplace. We were 44 rooms away from the ice machine and34 rooms from the elevator. I asked for a small refrigerator and was told they don’t have them. Only the rooms with a kitchen have refrigerators. What a bunch of crap! It was not a good experience for 2 nights at this hotel.
