「Awful nights sleep! People talking really loud outside reception early hours of the morning, weren’t told to be quiet at all by staff. Fire alarm went off firstly at 2:38am! No staff to be seen in evacuation point, other guests also wondering what’s going on. Fire door wedged open with fire extinguisher. Alarm went off for a second time; no reassurance from staff. Could smell paint fumes very strongly. Told this morning when complained to reception that the workers were decorating through the night and the fumes and dust set the alarms off.」
