The hotel locates at a very good surroundings, peaceful, clean, great lawn, nearby supermarket and restaurants

Room dirty the worker was rude over charge us and said to my grandma “the little one (me)has a mouth on her let me know if I need to go up there and smack her up.” I don’t know her name but she had pink hair. The bathroom was dirty smell so bad.moldy sandwich in hallway and I waited 35 minutes in the lobby for the girl she was nowhere to be found. Broken closet NEVER COME HERE!!!

no towels. refrigerator and microwave doesn't work..refrigerator leaking all over the floor and no toilet paper,staff was bothered to be asked for any assistance..I should have known when I arrived and the front door didn't work.

The first thing we see when entering the door to the area where are room was is an overflowing garbage can, which stayed that way n even got worse for four days. The floors in our room were not even mopped, before we got there. Maids did not come get our dirty towels or even drop off clean ones, after requesting just that from the front desk. For the price we paid for the room, we didn’t even come close to getting what we paid for. Very disappointed and will not return, nor recommend this place to family n friends.

The staff here has been great. Whenever I needed clean towels and sheets they were available. Along with using other items to keep the room clean. There is this one person that always at the front desk during her shift that’s very polite and helpful. Her name is Alexa I look forward to seeing her when I come in from work in the afternoon or evening. Being at this hotel has been great I’ve been to the other ones in Hillside and Oakbrook. This is the one with the most present staff that warmly greets their guests. This is one hotel that I would recommend to my family and friends.

Can not review Property since we were not able to check in...was told there was not a room available for me even though I had a reservation for over 2 months and received an email the day before stating "See you tomorrow" The clerk at the desk claimed they couldn't get a hold of me to let me know there was no available room for me, she was the most unpleasant and unfriendly person I had ever met and was not willing to help me secure another room at another ESA property, she was also condescending when I questioned how can I have a reservation but no room...I felt like I was in that Seinfeld episode with the rental car company...so after traveling 1200 miles for a weeks stay I was left on my own to find another hotel to stay at...I will tell everyone I come in contact with to stay away from that property like the plague...I hope this review deters anyone from booking this property to save themselves a huge headache

During my time here at extended stay for a few months i have had great experiences' with two people that I need to acknowledge and recognize for their kindness and hard work and their dedication to their jobs, First is Asa, and she has been tremendous in making everything comfortable and has been attentive to every problem that has occurred during my stay. She has gotten things fixed and I appreciate it. Also the young man Cortez. He does a fabulous job keeping the floors clean and always worked hard. For that I say thank you. I wanted to take the time out to acknowledge these two people for their extraordinary dedication to their jobs.

After a long flight from Arizona I arrived here only to find out that they’d given away my reserved room to someone else. I decided to check the hotel booking apps and sure enough, they were still allowing people to reserve rooms here for the same day, even though they told me they have no room available for me. When I asked them about this, they had no answer. Their best offer to remedy the situation was to see if there was a room available for me in another Extended Stay. I told them I’d just paid $50 in cab fare to get here, and asked if they would cover my cab fare to the other hotel. They refused. I won’t be staying at any Extended Stay location if this is how the company does business.

Since the cold weather began a week+ ago, the parking lots were plowed - if you could call it that. It was done carelessly & inefficiently, leaving snow & ice everywhere. No salt, sand or anything else was used. So now both the front and back lots are thick sheets of ice and very slippery. Very little pavement to walk safely on. This s a safety hazard for guests, employees, vendors, etc. Very disappointed with a company that would knowingly allow conditions that put people at risk.
