很棒的住宿！

Checked in at 5:30 pm and advised our room was not yet ready even though checkin was 3:00 pm. Eventually was checked in with very little communication from the front desk employee. Arrived at room that was written on our key card portfolio and the room would not unlock. Called the front desk and was rudely advised our room was on the floor below not the room number provided. There was no apology made for the mis communication and was treated like it was our fault for inconveniencing her with having to direct us to the correct room. Pool was very cold and we could not swim in it comfortably which was the whole reason for our weekend getaway there and choosing the specific hotel.

I stayed 8 nights and the hotel staff was lovely at the front desk and the room spacious/comfortable. Housekeeping was by 24 hour request however one worker decided to knock on my door each morning. I did not appreciate this at all. I would recommend a room facing the back parking lot and the top 5th floor. The noise level from room to room and other guests footsteps above you can be heard clearly. Hilton should address this issue. The hotel was half empty therefore relatively quiet. The design of the hotel/room/bathroom are great for the price point. The heating units are efficient and new. The location is convenient with Starbucks, restaurants, and Westborn market nearby. Buddys Pizza is the best and Bar Louie across the street.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable and everything we needed for our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool immensely. The breakfast was hot and fresh. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming.

Room key didn’t work on return to the hotel one night. Had to wait over an hour to get back into our room. Waited in another family members room.

We had a king suite that was very spacious and clean. I was glad that our room was toward the parking lot as opposed to near the front which as on a very busy and noisy street. Since we were at the rear of the hotel, our room did not have any street noise. I would recommend requesting a room at the rear of the hotel and upper room. The breakfast offering was great. Lots of choices. It is near the Ford Museum which is a plus if you plan on visiting that museum

Hampton isnt what it used to be. Walls seemed thin, we could hear guy above us coughing up a hairball. And constant footsteps going back snd forth Hairdryer only blew cold. Front desk did replace it. We also only had decaf coffee, which again front desk replaced for me. The bed was very comfortable. Location good for Ford Museum, only a mile away.

Great experience…thank you. We were warmly greeted at check-in, and processed quickly…even came with a few dinner spot suggestions. Being new to the area, we appreciated the effort to make us feel welcome.The stay was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We chose this Hampton based on positive reviews, and the close proximity to The Henry Ford and Greenfield Village. We’d stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!
