Staff was absolutely wonderful while dealing with aggressive customers and being short staffed. They remained professional and smiling with us and other customers staying at Hampton Inn.
The doors to the rooms need worked. We could hear EVERYTHING outside our door because there were gaps between doorframe and doors. We could see out into the hallway and are pretty sure anyone wanting to could see inside our room.
Shower looked like it needed a lot of work, black mold in the corners is never a good thing. No matter how often staff cleans it, it will return until it is properly taken care of. We didn’t feel safe enough to use the shower.
Hampton Inns are a part of Hilton Worldwide, so it’s a real shame that this organizations (currently $151 in stock shares) has no pride in their buildings and reputations. The fact that there is so much wrong with this building and staff are left to deal with angry customers over legit issues such as this with no apparent support from their employer is sadder still. It’s no wonder people don’t want to work in such an environment.
