You will have sole use access to all areas pictured and in the description. Owner does live on site with a separate entrance / access to the opposite side of the residence and DOES NOT utilize occupied space during rentals. As mentioned previously you will have full and sole access to the two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and full bathroom.
