酒店有點舊，網絡慢，美國的服務態度都不錯，禮貌文明。

不論是商務還是休閒旅客，威斯特伯魯旅舍都能讓您的威斯特伯魯之行變得更加美好而難忘。飯店地理位置優越，距離馬爾伯勒機場9km，距離韋斯特伯魯火車站2km。飯店坐落於Sky Zone Trampoline Park邊，附近還有很多景點包括Regal Westborough Stadium 12和MBTA Commuter Rail Station。飯店對客房的裝飾十分考究，每間設施齊全的客房都配備有熨衣設備和空調。除此之外，配備有吹風機的浴室是您消除一天疲勞的好地方。飯店休閒區提供了各類設施，您可以在這裡舒緩身心壓力。外國旅客可以通過多國語言工作人員瞭解當地風土人情的相關訊息。

酒店周圍環境很好，就是一片綠樹包圍那種。外表看上去也挺漂亮的。前台服務也很不錯，幫我提箱子，幫我關冰箱電源，包括換房間，都很給力。 屋裡麪的免費WiFi也不錯，屋內有冰箱、微波爐、廚房、辦公桌、沙發、電視等，都是免費，房間大小也合適，其實整體還可以。雖然我把牆角的桌子拖出來用時發現角落有點臟，但是估計其他酒店也差不多。 比較不滿意的方面是因為我運氣不好，當晚睡下半夜裡突然樓上有動作，把我驚醒了，其實我要是睡覺沉的那種人也沒事，偏偏睡眠淺，然後房間都是木結構隔板，隔音效果巨差，上麪吱吱呀呀折騰了一個小時多，然後又沖澡，結果整晚就沒怎麼好好睡。 後來第二天我要求換了個房間，前台也答應挺痛快的。 周圍稍微偏僻了些，好像沒有吃飯和購物的地方。 最值得改善的是早餐，早餐衹有熱水、兩種泡芙蛋糕、小零食和咖啡，太過簡單，沒有水果、沒有果汁，沒有熱炒蛋和其他，啥都沒有，跟沒有早餐差不多啊。 強烈需要改善！

前台一位女服務員把我兒子拒之門外,甚至懶得看他,當她面對不讓他在付了錢的房間時,她的呼吸下喃喃自語******評論,兩次因爲我們對她取消了雙重預訂,她在預訂了兩次住宿後沒有努力解決我們的問題,甚至打電話給警察只是和她說話,試圖告訴她我們付了錢。然後當我們打電話解決並提出投訴時,接線員撒謊說,我的兒子走進酒店房間,即使他們有攝像頭和女人不讓兒子進去的證據,也呆在那裏。他撒謊說,當他顯然沒有強迫進入時,他甚至不知道他的房間號碼,他們不想給我們女性的名字和他自己的名字。他通過電話對我們說話,用被動的攻擊性語氣說“我有孩子”等等,不斷侮辱我們。

Unfortunately my husband and I are currently unhoused. We were illegally evicted in September from the place we were living in Malden. Because of my husband and I having multiple health issues and being disabled and not having a lot of support from family members Etc we find ourselves having to look for inexpensive places to stay so that we don't freeze to death. When we first got to that location the employees there were being nice and understanding. It wasn't until the very last couple days where we started experiencing problems. This assistant manager and other employee decided to eavesdrop in front of our door because they heard me crying. Not to get too personal on here but I was crying because lately I have been dealing with a lot of death in my family. It was also Thanksgiving and my husband and I didn't even get to eat any food and it was just extremely depressing. They tried to make it look like they were just by the door because they were painting some wall near our room which they were doing that but there was no reason why they needed to listen to our conversation. It doesn't matter that I was crying I wasn't even being loud. When they knocked on the door I explained to them why I was crying and that everything was fine. When my husband asked what was going on he understandably was upset that they were standing at our door listening so he expressed his frustration and because the manager was still eavesdropping which by the way she ended up admitting the second time I opened the door she first tried to tell me that my husband had to leave. I told her no he didn't do anything wrong I'm not going to make him leave so she told us that we both have to leave the next day. And this was all because she didn't like the fact that my husband got upset which as I already mentioned I don't blame him at all. They shouldn't have been by our door eavesdropping. We want being loud or causing any problems. Anyhow the next day we were trying to figure things out. Unfortunately on top of being homeless we don't have a vehicle either. So until we were able to get more money to book a room somewhere else we were stuck out there and it was cold that day, very cold. So one of the times my husband had gone in I think to get coffee or something the other employee that was with the manager eavesdropping stopped my husband and basically asked him if we had another place to go. She seemed to feel bad about what had happened with the manager so she told my husband that we could book another night and that leave would just have to leave in the morning. It's also important that I mention that they have security cameras there and the day the other employee offered to let us stay another night she was also letting us come in and use the employee bathroom, so it would be easy to see us doing that. So around I believe 6:30 that night we will finally able to get funds to get a room again. The employee that offered to let us get a room again was not there by the time we

It's a standard Courtyard. The room was a good size with a sofa. The a/c was a bit loud but manageable. We did not have breakfast there, only coffee which was good. The hotel is located in a business park so you have to drive to I-495 for a couple of miles.
