The Eastern European receptionist could use some customer service training. I was friendly, but when I mentioned I thought I’d paid through the app, she snapped (the app still needed my card info, but she overreacted). She also asked me not to tap or swipe my card without explaining why, and seemed nervous when I photographed the document I had to sign. The morning staff at checkout was much friendlier.
Breakfast was just okay; eggs were soggy and the kielbasa was too sweet for my taste.
The location is great, right on the edge of Yellowstone, which explains the higher price.
