Retreat near the Lake and State Parks of Yankton

Great place to stay The location was great, easy to get everywhere we wanted. Is really close to the dam and a swimming beach. A peaceful place to stay. Seen a deer walking down the street on the second night. And very spacious.

Clean, spacious property near the lake We had a very positive experience at this property in Yankton. We did wish for one more bathroom for our group of five people, but we made it work, and the rest of the stay was great. The house has its quirks in layout, but it is VERY clean and well equipped, and the beds and bedding were all very comfortable (my husband and I slept on the king-size bed). The house was well equipped and had little extras like soap and flossers available. We contacted the host, Mariah, following our first night to ask for the air conditioning to be turned down just a few degrees, and she was immediately responsive and accommodating. The public spaces of the house (essentially one big room) are comfortable and decently furnished, and there are fun touches like indoor and outdoor games provided. Definitely recommend this property; we enjoyed our stay very much!

funeral stay the property was clean, big living area and comfortable. the only draw back is the one bathroom, however it is manageable. we have stayed there several times and will stay again. the property owner/manager was easy to communicate with our needs.
