西谷舒適飯店-鹽湖城南(Comfort Inn West Valley - Salt Lake City South)

There was no signal to the tv, so couldn't watch anything. Only tepid water in the shower: never got hot water. No Kleenex in the room: had to go to the front desk and ask for some. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The only soda available in the motel was diet Pepsi and Mt Dew: lousy selection.

Employees were less than willing to help me, when the heater went out in my room they were unable to move me or do anything about it.

The cleanliness was fine, just my room had no heat. I was cold, and didn’t realize the heater was blowing cold air.

The first room I was given (212) where do I start, the toilet seat peeling. The bathroom walls are filthy the entire room walls are filthy the middle nightstand had an eyelash stuck on it from the past guest. It was 30 degrees we turned on the heater had a burnt odd smell. Can’t forget to mention the door lock that did not work with the card (room key) which added the icing on the cake to ask for a new room. Room (220) again walls super filthy, sheets stained & curtains stained aswell… Now the lobby.. the rear entrance to building has been jammed doesn’t work hotel doesn’t seem to care at all. Will never book here again. Wouldn’t recommend to nobody

I love this establishment, very convenient for me. And i love Applebee's being right next door! Employess were friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable stay

Pool closed the entire time i was there. Wifi didn't work until lasr day of my stay.

Great place to stay for a night or two, check in and out was quick and convenient. Polite staff and associates, clean rooms and amenities. Pros Water Pressure Comfortable bed and pillows AC worked very well Good Coffee Cons N/A

The fridge froze everything One of the panels in n the floor was cracked all the way down the piece The bath tub in an ADA room was almost too high to step over
