春玉山水療靜養度假村(The Chumbi Mountain Retreat & Spa)

La llegada al hotel , te das enseguida cuenta, y sobre todo al entrar, que es bueno, espacios amplios y sobre todo el techo es altísimo, al margen izquierdo y al fondo una zona de descanso con butacas y mesas un lugar muy agradable, con una vistas espectaculares. La habitación que nos dieron es muy grande, , sencilla pero esta muy bien, con una gran ventana con vistas espectaculares, por la mañana y si esta despejado se pueden ver las montañas nevadas, la cama es grande y tiene una ***ta eléctrica que cubre el colchón , también nos pusieron una tobera de aire caliente, él baño super grande y con dos ventanas con vistas maravillosas, todo súper limpio. Personal estupendo, cena, desayuno a la carta esta bien. las instalaciones del exterior son muy bonitas, es un lugar con mucho encanto y llena de paz y tranquilidad.. podrás pasar unos días muy relajado y disfrutando del paisaje espectacular..

Magnifique vue depuis notre vaste chambre. Grande salle de bains avec douche. Bouilloire pour faire un thé le matin. Bon restaurant simple mais offrant un buffet varié et de bonne qualité. Mention spéciale pour le personnel du restaurant professionnel, efficace et sympathique. Mais hôtel à éviter en période froide: un petit chauffage d’appoint électrique dans la chambre qui maintient à peine une température suffisante, pas de chauffage dans la salle de bains (il faut être courageux pour prendre une douche), rien non plus dans les parties communes. Le staff lui-même travaille en portant des vestes matelassées. Attention aussi pour les personnes à mobilité réduite: pas d’ascenseur.

Chumbi is not a resort , it’s a beautiful experience one cannot miss if in Sikkim . The hospitality, rooms , location , people , place , anything and everything you can think of having In a resort , it’s there . Had an occasion of my Mothers 63rd Birthday when in Chumbi , and the kind of celebration and arrangements done by the Chumbi team was absolutely mind blowing . It couldn’t have been any special and better . This is a place I highly recommend to anyone who is going to Pelling , in fact o would say , plan Chumbi and then Sikkim . Cheers to the Chumbi resort team , special mention of ***i the GM of the resort , Pranav , Aditya , Sargam, Sisir and Durga . Thank you once again for this wonderful and unforgettable experience.

The spa is this place is amazing. Best way to revujinate after a long day of various climbs. The staff is very sweet and professional. Prerna did and excellent job going above and beyond in taking care of my requirements. I highly recommend the spa.

Excellent, comfortable and luxurious experience with very friendly and helpful staff Rooms have great views of the mountains (if u r lucky u could see Kanchenjunga from your room weather permitting), bathrooms are modern and well appointed. The property is in an excellent location (about 4 kms from the Pelling Skywalk for context and close to Pemayangtse Monastery), property itself is very pretty and quaint. Staff is very eager to help - special mention to Aditya (head chef), Anajana from Housekeeping and some of the ladies in the restaurant. Scope for improvement - wifi in rooms is non existent at the moment (work on enabling it is underway), hot water availability could better, we faced minor electricity challenges. restaurant signage could be better - it was slightly confusing on which items in the buffet we could server ourselves with and which the staff had to serve at the table

Excellent staff, very helpful and service oriented, going extra mile for the guests. The entertainment team was very competent and engaged. Great food prepared by passionate Chef and super nice variety of choices. Beautiful surroundings. Very spacious rooms, very clean.

I am staying Chumbi Mountain Resort, Pilling at 18 April 2024 to 20 April 2024 I also celebrate My Son Aryan Birthday on 19 April, Thanks to Club Mahindra for making my son birthday Memorable, Special thanks to Mr Risab and Mr Ayush and all the Resort staff for his contribution for making my stay is comfortable and Memorable . I highly recommend Club Mahindra membership to all family members of my dear and near. Thanks a lot.

The most exquisite and luxurious place to stay in Pelling is obviously this one. All the rooms have the unhindered view of Kanchenjunga..and best of furnishings in Rooms. The bathroom is an experience in itself with its separate sofa laden sitout for a smoke or after job drinks. The chef turns out lip smacking meals every time..How he ***ages that with roads cut off supplies dwindling is a Magician's act. The location the view the birds and the lighting are all world class. A big shout out for Mr Hussain and his team who promptly take care of your every de***d and are your Best local guides. My special mention to the F&B team' of Mr Ashish, Suhana Santhi who are on their toes throughout with their attentive service.. Our de***ds of room comfort taken care by Sargam Balkrishna and innumerable ***y who made our stay so memorable. There are some engineering issues with the rooms so had to give 4* .Hot water pressure, intercom and TV Reception are minor issues which I'm sure Club Mahindra will sort out earliest. My best wishes to the team in their new Mahindra avatar and hope they keep up the personal touch always.

One of the best resort I must say. Each and every member over here are very welcoming. Room was super spacious and facilities were top notch. I would like to give special thanks to Pranav Verma . He arranged a beautiful bonfire night with lovely food and music on last day of our stay as a departing gift and my family throughly enjoyed it. This gesture really touched our heart. Thanks Pranav and Chumbi resort for everything. Will surely visit again soon…
