聖保羅市中心Residence Inn 飯店(Residence Inn St. Paul Downtown)

It was okay

The property itself was nice, we liked the room. There is only street parking or valet parking. We opted for valet parking and items were stolen from my vehicle. I believe hotel staff left my car unlocked, as there is no apparent forced entry to my vehicle. After I notified the front desk of the problem and while I was filing my insurance claim, my credit card was charged for the valet service. They did refund that portion of my stay but it ruined an entire day of our vacation and my special needs child was without her stolen belongings the rest of the trip.

I booked my stay 2 months in advance because I needed to be walking distance to an event at the excel center and would not be able to drive. They cancelled my room the day of me coming from 4 hours away. Sat on the phone for 2 hours with Orbitz to get something figured out. Also room service was banging on my door long before checkout, waking me up, after getting little sleep due to the nosey room next me opening and closing their door over and over in the middle of the night. Will not be using oribtz again.

We loved our room, it was very comfortable, had plenty of amenities and it was walking distance from everything. Area felt safe to walk around at night.

Stay at this hotel. It’s clean, modern and has everything needed for a restful stay. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We stayed here for a Minnesota Wild game and it was an easy, well lit and less than 10 minute walk. Valet parking was fast and easy. The included breakfast options were endless. There are several coffee shops next door and many restaurant and bars nearby to choose from. It was perfect.

Our stay was wonderful. The only reason we didn't give it a full 5 stars is due to the last employee we dealt with was less than professional and was snarky with us when checking out. Was a very nice hotel with great breakfast options.

Nice hotel. Close to the Excel Center. They have a shuttle that goes within 3 miles of the hotel. Valet parking. Continental breakfast. Nice staff. Pool area is kind of small.

The room is huge very clean great staff and a shuttle to the XL center overall very nice spot will be back.
