We had a great time with the family. All good. The service was very good. I loved it. I hope to come back soon!!!

Hotel was confortable and the location was very good. It took very little time to get to places i wanted to go.

C’était bien dans l’ensemble!! Chambre propre - la première avait une forte odeur humidité nous avons soulevé le problème et une seconde nous a été attribué avec un minime rabais - beaucoup trop de monde au déjeuner pour la capacité de recevoir!!

Hotel looks run down and isn’t well maintained. All common areas like hallways, elevator, pool, laundry room, dining room, and front lobby are very dirty and smell like ****, cigarettes and musty/damp. Staff are very lazy and rude. Stayed 6 nights/5 days room was only cleaned twice which I would hardly consider cleaning only bed was made. Had to take out trash every other day ourselves. Informed staff about room not being clean and common areas being dirty as well as asking for a room switch because loud guest were near us they said no they don’t reassign rooms. Talked to new general manager on day of check out who also seemed to care less and stated she just started yesterday and was still trying to get her bearings. Definitely don’t recommend and would never stay again.

Rooms need updating and beds need to be replaced. I felt springs in my back all night. The staff at checkin did not seem to be very happy, giving no greeting, smile of gesture to welcome you.

I received a confirmation email the day before check in, showed up to check in only to be told my room was cancelled and they had no rooms available. I was not contacted or emailed to be informed and it was a huge inconvenience. I travel often and always book through orbitz and have never had this happen.

Breakfast: coffee urn constantly empty. No bananas. Only fresh fruit was a couple of apples. No orange juice.No butter. Sink in room 119 looks horrible; management seems okay with this.
