Nice new property, however it ends there. Small gym with limited equipment, valet only option for $50, was told by front desk member it would be waived for my circumstance. Additionally, they advertise golf and tennis privileges, they fail to mention a round of golf is $300/pp with $125 caddie fee/pp. Tennis is $100 an hour. No disclosure whatsoever on website that there are additional fees. It’s a clear misrepresentation of amenities, as their website only reflects “ special guest privileges”. My issue is in the non disclosure of facts. Had I known this I would have chosen another property. Stay elsewhere there are so many other choices in WPB or PB

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms have everything you need. The reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because we went to have brunch at 11:00am at their restaurant and were sat immediately but no one came to our table. It was 11:20am and no one came by not even to serve us water. A couple of servers and what looked like management strolled by our table but no one acknowledged us. We left a few minutes after that and got breakfast outside of the hotel. We came back and spent the rest of the day at the pool. I love that they have pool floaties and pool toys for the kids to play with. We ordered food by the pool and although server was very polite we asked for water a couple of times but never received it. Elevator was also broken which wasn’t a big deal since there were other elevators available. Overall the hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay and staff was friendly.

Nice property and friendly staff. Things to know: $50/day resort fee on top of your room rate Nothing is in walkable distance. Must take hotel shuttle, or other driving services. If most of your activities are on the island maybe consider a different location. Traffic is horrible in PB so 4 or 5 miles takes about 20 min. The barn door in the bathroom is ridiculous. It does not close all the way leaving the toilet exposed. This was annoying. Had to shimmy a towel between the massive gap for privacy.

Elevators barely work. Spa massages are $280 A PERSON. Hot tubs aren’t even hot. Food is insanely expensive at their restaurants. Valet fee of $48 per day. Resort fee of $50 per day. Room service closes super early. Gym barely has anything in it. After checking out, I received my invoice and it didn’t match my bank statement at all. I got charged wayyy more than what my invoice said. Overall just way too expensive for what they offer.

Beautiful new property. Extremely clean, staff polite, friendly and very capable. Shuttle service to the beach, some restaurants and shops is super convenient. I will return again this year.
