As a disabled veteran with severe knee issues, being put on the 4th floor with no working elevator was a horrible experience. Frig had dry food marks in it, sprinkler head wasn't finished off in the ceiling, could see inside sheetrock, visible mold next to smoke detector, door frame was poorly repaired after what looks like it was kicked in, the visible area behind the toilet seat was disgusting, some kind of metal shrapnel was inside the carpet and caught my daughters foot and cut her, one of the chairs to sit in looked like some kind of fluid dried in it, have no idea what was on the bed skirts, maybe throw up, the cleaning crew left the previous guest dirty used wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain. Got ice from the ice machine and had black specs at the bottom of both of my water cups. The reviews on ******* were very misleading. My wife found reviews on other sources saying the elevator has been broken for at least a month and had more realistic reviews to account for our actual experience here. And the rate we paid for the room, no one on the other websites reported paying as high as we did for this crappy room.
