There had been a misunderstanding with the 3 rd party reservation and when we arrived our 14 day reservation had been cancelled by the hotel employee who had misunderstood the request from the 3 rd party to book an extra night since I was arriving one day early. Thanks to Robin who was at the reception that evening she cleared out everything with the 3 rd party
As the days went by hosekeeping never cleaned our room or at least empty garbage and leave fresh towels. I would go to reception and ask that at least towels and garbage be done,everytime whoever was at reception would say ,of course I will notify and write down on a piece of paper. In short they never came except after a week they cleaned everything and changed the bed,well I thought to myself it took a week but they finally understood, well how wrong I was. Went back to reception hoping to be on Robins shift since she had solved my reservation issue when I first arrived. Well luck was with me she was working.So I explained what had been going on for a week and that I would like faceclothes and garbage emptied every day.She told me it was probably because I had a dog, I told her the only time the dog was alone in the room was when we went to breakfast and I would leave the DoNot Disturb sign.
So Robin advised housekeeping that they could enter the room because the dog was never left alone after breakfast. All I can say is thank goodness for Robin,if it had not been for her my vacation would have been a disater.
