加利納麗怡飯店

Alles war prima. Hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Seit etwa 1,5 Monaten übernachten wir hier in den USA in Hotels und zum 1. mal gab es zum Frühstück richtiges Geschirr und Besteck, prima. Wenn die Toilettenartikel auch noch in nachfüllbaren Behältern wären, würde die Umwelt noch mehr profitieren.

Wir sind viel unterwegs und das hier war eins der besten Hotels, die wir je hatten! Die Freundlichkeit des Teams, das Zimmer, das Frühstück und vor allem der Pool, alles richtig toll!

Comfortable bed. Was called immediately by the hotel after checkout about an important item left behind. The TV was not positioned in front of the sofa within the living area which is painful for those with neck problems.

Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but i feel all hotel beds are uncomfortable.

Room was clean. Extra pillows available. We were placed right next to the kitchen area so the noise was awful. Very loud diners during breakfast right at 630am, lots of screaming kids running up and down the hall. Bed was uncomfortable. We have stayed at a lot of Country Inns and this one was subpar unfortunately. Maybe the experience would have been different in a different room but this experience was disappointing

I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. Some negatives that were minor to me, but may be important to you are: the pool and hot tub looked like they needed more attention, the gym had a funky smell, and breakfast was disappointing. Some very strong positives are: it was very quiet, safe, good location to go to Main Street but out of the hustle and bustle, very clean, staff was friendly, we enjoyed the whirlpool tub, staff gave us a paper to fill out if we needed anything done in our room and we had the option to have extra towels and things outside the room. The negatives were negligible to me as we had the whirlpool tub in our room we could use and we enjoyed breakfast at the local restraunts. When we come to Galena again we will stay here.

There was a mixup with my room booking and they fixed it pretty generously. Very friendly staff!!
