Sehr guter Service im ganzen Hotel, sehr große Auswahl an Getränken und Gerichten; auch internationale Gerichte und Cocktails in großer Menge zur Auswahl, vor Allem mit den Kellern im Hauprestaurant wie Fatih Mehmet Bozkurt und Furkan.

Hotel imkanlari ***et iyi ve yeterli, restoran kismi oldukca cesitli ve guzel. Fakat bazi yerler insaat halinde olmasi kotuydu acik havuz kismi ve plaj kapaliydi. Kapali havuz ve spa imkanlari cok guzel ve yeterli. Karaoke ve disko kismi eglenceli ama muzikler daha iyi olabilir. Ayrica bar kisminda barmenler cok ilgili ve yardimci.

Well upon arriving (after 2 pm as check in was at that time… My room was not ready… I wasn’t allowed on the property even to lounge at the pool or even offered a beverage while I waited .. (a single man checked in a day or so later after me and was allowed on to relax and offered food and drink and his room was ready soon after arrival) I sadly had to wait in the heat in the parking lot till my room was ready….. Room was beautiful .. The view was amazing!! Ac worked well but the down fall…. No fresh towels or housekeeping throughout my entire stay ( had to request towels on second last night checked in Friday check out Monday) Another minis… construction next door.. (not mentioned on reserving if I would have known I would not have stayed at this location.) Breakfast was amazing! Was stuffed for most of the day after the offerings .. Those incredible croissants everyone brags about at sister property yes they are incredible as peeps say… (only avail Sunday’s at this property) The property was nice but another shortfall no shower by the pool ! To rinse off from the ocean or before getting into the pool was a major inconvenience! ( to trot up to one’s room before and after to rinse off) My thoughts…. Nice place to stay if you are a couple, single man … as a single female it came short on expectation.. for the rates it fell short..

We had a great stay at the Mirage on the cliffs. Sunset views from the balcony were amazing! Breakfast each morning was delicious and it was close to walk to all different resorts and restaurants. We will definitely return!

Checked in and there is construction going on next door with a jackhammer going during the day and we dealt with that, but then noticed later in the day after the staff was gone that the air conditioner wasn't working we knew we had to wait till the next day so opened the back doors and windows for the night and dealt with it. The next morning we told the girl there and she said ok they would look at it. Well come 4 o'clock later that day we asked again because we came back from spending the day outside in 90 degree Temps and she said they were going to look at it. Then she was making up excuses as to why it wasn't working not knowing thar I have experience working on ACs I had to tell them the unit outside want coming in and to check the breakers, after I heard the guy clicking breakers it came on. Week then the staff left for the day since it was a Friday. Needless to say after about 30 minutes the ac quit again and we had to endure a second night without ac. When we complained about this the girl started making up more excuses and bold face lying to us acting like she didn't even care, saying it was the power supply to the property, the only problem with that is all the other ACs on the property were running except ours. Then to top everything else off for the two days when we came in our hot room in the afternoon to shower the water was shut off both days till later in the day. We had enough and had to find another hotel to book for our last 3 nights.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Mirage Hotel last weekend for a birthday getaway. The spacious and clean room offered a stunning view of the pool and ocean. The well-maintained grounds and incredibly friendly staff made the experience even better. The convenient location, just a short walk from fantastic dining options and Ricks Cafe, added to the appeal. As a solo traveler, the presence of overnight security, particularly the helpful and kind guard named Quint, provided an extra sense of comfort. Reese was also notably helpful. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I definitely recommend this hotel.

This property is a hidden gem in the west end of Negril, located on the cliffs with access directly to the water. The rooms all face the sea, and have a lovely view of the water, sunsets and boats passing to go to nearby Rick's Cafe. The room was spacious, with a beautiful bathroom, and I had a king size bed. The balcony was large to sit out and enjoy the view! This is a small hotel, I really felt like part of a family staying here. Reece was welcoming from before I checked in - I called the property in advance to confirm details as suggested and felt comfortable from that moment on!! She was friendly and welcoming and provided answers to my many questions. Savanna was the room attendant and provided great service as well. Reece made breakfast each morning except one when Savanna did. The breakfast had a generous amount of fresh fruit, pastry and eggs and toast. The eggs were a nice touch considering I was expecting just a continental breakfast. And delicious coffee of course! Bobby the landscaper / gardener kindly got me some aloe vera after I got bit up by some bugs on the beach one night, it really helped!! They served breakfast on my timeline within reason - I could choose when within their window! The cliffs are breathtaking!! Such a beautiful setting. To get to the beach, I got a ride one morning from the owner, Mr. Daniel Grizzle to go down to the beach, at their sister property Charela. Mr. Grizzle was welcoming and lovely to chat with on the 15 min ride, he shared some of his philanthropic work with as they have a farm nearby and provide eggs to the breakfast programs for a local school, as well as some other charity work ! Other days I was able to get a route taxi to the roundabout and then get another route taxi to go to charela, for a total of about $500 Jamaican dollars, really inexpensive and you get to see more of local life as the route taxi picks up other people as well. You can also ask the hotel to get you a private driver. I would also recommend looking up Vivian Best Tours on Facebook and contacting Vivian for excursions and airport transfers. I didn't go nude, but one guest did while I was there. It's a private discrete property and if that's your thing i think you'll be completely comfortable!! You can walk to Rick's Cafe and I highly recommend doing so. There are also 2 supermarkets within a 5 min walk where you can get snacks and drinks. Loads of restaurants in the area, LTU, 3 dives, Catch a falling star, etc. I plan to return to this beautiful property in the near future! Thank you for taking such good care of me !

My friends and I had an awesome time at the Mirage. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every morning. i really enjoyed the tea and the fresh fruits. The view from my room was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. What more could you want. I've stayed at all-inclusive resorts in the past, but I had a much better stay here (my personal opinion) it was quiet, no crowds, just what I was looking for. I will definitely be returning. 🇯🇲 🌴 💖

This place was the first stop of my birthday trip and I wouldn't replace it for anything. I loved everything about my stay here and if it wasn’t for the lovely woman whom checked us in, cooked for us, and cleaned our room. I hate that I forgot her name but I believe it starts with an S. Thanks so much and can’t wait to come back :)
