Mi primer viaje a Des Moines Los empleados son bien respetuosos. Todo el lugar estuvo siempre limpio y organizado. Las camas super cómodas, el cuarto bien equipado con estufa, fregadero, nevera, aire acondicionado, tv. Me gustó mucho.

Todo es perfecto limpio el ambiente es agradable

It’s a place to stay Extremely long wait for check-in. Room floors needed mopped. No hand towels. Bath towels had never been washed. They smelled musty, left strings, & lint all over you. Hotel has weird odor as well.

Needs for the benefit of your patrons They could have at least had coffee in the lobby if not provided in the rooms and a blowdryer for the hair would have been wonderful a hand towel would have been appreciated also

When we arrived on Friday night, a very friendly lady checked us in. Unfortunately, our TV didn't work, and despite her efforts to fix it, she couldn't get it to work either. She called maintenance, who said they could come in an hour, but we declined due to the late hour and asked them to come on Saturday instead. They did, and the TV was fixed. However, after checking in, we never saw another staff member again. I chose this hotel because it had a kitchenette in the room. After placing all the cold items in the freezer and fridge on Friday evening, we discovered that neither the fridge nor the freezer worked, and all the food we brought was ruined. I noticed the temperature wasn't cold enough when I first opened them, but I thought it just needed to be adjusted, which wasn't the case. With no staff available, there was no one to report the malfunctioning fridge to. Additionally, there was no ice machine or even a box of tissues in our room. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience and would not recommend this hotel.

Like camping Very clean. A very bare bones establishment. No amenities like shampoo, hair dryer. NO ICE MACHINE. No one at the front counter after 10pm. USB Charging ports inoperable. Our devises were nearly depleted in the morning. NO COFFEE. Will not be staying here again.
