西切斯特溫德姆麥客達飯店(Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Chester)

It is very convenient to my customer end. it’s clean room and good people for my staying here one night.

Door was damaged as if someone tried prying the door open. Thr tub was dirty.... The toilet seat looked like someone chewed on it.... Annoying beep in main entrance... Remote did not work for the tv..... Just a bad smell walking in

WE checked in and never up-packed. There was mold in the bath room and all in all the room looked as if the beds had just been remade. No comforts or extras whatsoever to this place.'When you sat on the bed you bounced like an old fashioned coiled bed. Notot say it was but to say it was uncomfortabe. Wall had holes in it as well. We went in one door and out the other because unfortunately the poor front clerk who did not understand English very well was not responsible for the condition of this hotel. Very disappointed that hotel.com have this place on their list of hotels?

This place is disgusting! It doesn't look anything like the pictures at all! This place is not clean, has no hot water, tub buttons were black, elevator doesn't work, vending machine is empty & doesn't work, staff behind the desk wasn't wearing shoes, the carpeting on the stairs is filthy & had puke on it when we checked out. Tile floors were dirty & sticky. Also had to switch rooms because the rooms had an adjoining door to another room & at midnight the couple next door started fighting and there is no soundproofing under the door. There is at least a 2 inch gap under the door. The beds were super uncomfortable and didn't get any sleep. There was no headboards, but dirty mirrors behind the bed. If we hadn't paid for this room in advance we would have canceled and gone to a much nicer hotel. Will never stay at this hotel again as it was gross, dirty and not kept up.

Shower was dirty, elevator was broke, back door was left open for any incoming none tenant, electrical outlet left uncovered, and broken toilet seat and sink drain seal had make up cap. Not to mention loud tenant at across room till 4am. Ouch. Had a flight the next day and had to actually knock on other room door to have them shut up.

This is the second time I have stayed here. It is comfortable, clean and the bed was comfortable. It is centrally located to getting to Philadelphia and Longwood Gardens. Recommended.

The hotel could be great but on first floor the restroom was broken. The vending machine was broken and empty. The elevator was broken and I just had knee replacement surgery so it was very difficult to go up with luggage. The bathroom in room was not in great condition. We left hotel early

I debated leaving after being in the hotel for 30 minutes and if there had been a place close by, I would have went elsewhere. The hallways smelt like cigarettes and the carpets were stained. The room's bathroom had mold in the shower (which did not drain) and the sink smelled like urine when you ran the water. The bed was clean and the bed linens were clean but the bathroom towels were not clean. The walls were so thin I could hear the TV in the next room. There was no staff when I left in the morning at the front desk (even after ringing the bell and waiting) so no one to complain to in person.
