The front desk always is kind and ready to help. We appreciate how aware they were of the specific needs we has as guests.

These guys are pretty awesome I've never had a problem with them. I like to take hot baths once in awhile and that is the only thing I would say is wrong with that motel. Other then that they are GREAT

It is what it is, didn’t have a high expectation, it was mostly just fine but the room smelled horrible of stale cigarette smoke! Like sleeping in an ashtray . We were offered another room but who wants to pack and move for one night?

I booked and paid for a room for my dad and when he showed up they told him he had no reservation and told him to leave or else they will call the police. Very unprofessional, the person should get fired, my dad was tired and had to sleep in his truck because of the workers. I hope I get a refund for this reservation.

The staff there are very helpful and caring this is why I always stay there. I work at the mine and need to rent a. Room once a week always so I choose this motel. Six for the staff cleanness and respect they give everyone

Bad experience, everything dirty with a very bad cigarette smell, bed dented and no water on property

We were very happy to get a very late night check-in due to a flight delay.

I couldn’t any one to clean room when I checked in microwave and shower in room dirty fridge had old food in it and in the middle of night the ceiling leaked and flooded out whole room and I had to pack up load car go to front office in my pjs and move to new room instead of them bringing me the new room key and letting me just move stuff to new room. They did say I would get a percentage of money back but we will see.

The room smelled musty upon walking into the room. Rust was everywhere in the bathroom. Poor ventilation. The toilet had a lid but no seat. Counters were scratched badly and deeply. Property just looks poorly maintained in general. Cleaning staff either didn’t clean the room or do an adequate job cleaning. When I tried to talk to the clerk upon check out I got blamed for not saying something sooner but I tried to tell him that I got in a little after 1 am and was so tired that I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of moving all my stuff to another room so I just left it and went to bed.
