不會再去，特別不好，周邊感覺不是很好，然後酒店早餐也是一塌糊塗，不如自己去超市買回來簡餐，房間裏的蟲子到處爬，也不知道那是什麼蟲子，酒店那冷風呼呼吹，你根本關不上！無語的一切

這是我經歷過的最糟糕的酒店服務之一。我幾乎每兩週都會入住倫敦的飯店。前台接待員態度極為惡劣，好像他是在施捨我似的。更糟的是，提供的床單髒得要命。真是糟糕透頂的體驗，我以後絕對不會再來了。

如果你對住宿的最低要求只是睡個好覺和吃頓像樣的早餐，那就別來這家酒店了。 先說說好的方面吧，電視還算可以，有小冰箱也蠻好。淋浴噴頭水流強勁，空調也很給力。但是淋浴間的玻璃門沒裝好，水總是往外漏。空調就像一頭野獸，溫度很難調節，甚至根本調不了。而且風還直吹我的頭！ 我真希望飯店至少能把枕頭都換掉。那些枕頭又舊又變形，都是塑膠的，而且不是羽絨的。床墊太軟了，睡起來很不舒服。床頭櫃上的兩盞燈都壞了，窗簾也拉不起來。 最糟糕的是早餐。我之前看過一些評論，知道不能抱太大期望，但至少也得過分吧！難怪我住了兩天，飯店裡只有我一個客人。第一天，服務生忘了把咖啡壺裡的咖啡保溫，我只好自己加速溶咖啡粉兌熱水喝。飯店既沒有保溫設備也沒有冷藏設備。在這種天氣下，優格就那麼放在桌上，雞蛋也是冷的。服務生主動提出幫我煎蛋。我要求做成炒蛋，結果煎出來像印度煎餅一樣😢。 我選擇這家酒店主要是因為它有空調，而且地理位置優越。但事實證明，地理位置很糟糕…在炎熱的天氣裡，我從火車站走到飯店花了15分鐘。飯店工作人員完全可以提前告知客人搭乘公車的路線和公車路線。從飯店走到我參加的脫口秀節目的場地也需要12分鐘。 總而言之，這是一次令人失望的體驗，一個小小的單人房兩晚就要205英鎊，絕對不值這個價錢。

我們去溫布利球場參加一個活動，這家飯店離球場只有5分鐘步行路程，非常方便，讓我們的行程輕鬆了不少。不過，因為演唱會期間飯店價格上漲，一晚的價格確實有點貴，這讓我們有點失望。早餐也略感失望，因為只有歐陸式早餐可選，而我們付的錢並沒有包含歐陸式早餐。但是，總的來說，我們對酒店非常棒的房間印象深刻，房間很漂亮，而且酒店整體非常乾淨整潔，裝修精美，是個很棒的住宿選擇，我們肯定會考慮再次入住！

房間特差，樣板間的感覺，電視，浴槓上麪電視都是擺設，遙控器都沒有，也沒法使用。很多設施都不能用，牙刷牙膏拖鞋都沒有。服務態度不好，早餐收費。扣按金。差評。

除了窗簾破了、床頭櫃上有污漬之外，這家旅館其實很不錯。舒適的大床，辦理入住快捷，早餐的英式早餐也很美味。

Our original hotel booking was cancelled and we were transferred to this hotel and were told that the room cost was £550 a night, I can only guess it was this price as Oasis playing at Wembley. The location was perfect for Wembley, just about a 5 minute walk away. We were allowed in our room early which was great service. The room was described as 'deluxe' but was standard in my opinion, one of the knobs was missing off the shower and there were a few bits in the room that could have done with a little maintenance but the light controls and air con were very responsive. We had breakfast but when we arrived there were no plates, no cutlery and there was only plastic disposable cups for juice and paper cups for coffee which needed replenishing. The full English breakfast was a good size, the only thing that let it down was a cold uncooked tomato. We had a good stay but if we had have been charged the full price I would have been expecting a lot more. Well done to Trip for transferring us at no extra cost.

Does not deserve the 4 star rating. Room type booked was deluxe queen room. The room i got was a 2nd floor room in the annex building which was situated under the roof. The room had small roof window which were accessible via a just about shoulder wide alcove . Turning was not possible so you had to walk backwards to get out the alcove. Carpets were old, worn, ripped and stained. The tabel lamp was broken. The shower head in the bathroom was loose and leaking. Bar area I was told by reception was not open during my stay. Overall the hotel is at best 3 star. I should have booked the Premier inn overwhelmed road for maybe 10£ more and would have had more quality and a better stay

We were in Wembley for a concert, the hotel was in an ideal location. We found it small, friendly and newly refurbished. The staff were all extremely friendly from the reception staff to housekeeping. We would strongly recommend it .

Rooms nice and clean. Mattress very worn and uncomfortable however they changed my room no problem. The aircon kept making an intermittent buzzing noise even when turned off.  Breakfast good but lacked variety.

Poor service when raised a complaint to hotel manager Shay who was fairly dismissive of key things I raised regards to my stay. Also bang on 11am hotel cleaning staff were banging on my door asking me to leave the room I've never experienced this at any hotel I've stayed at not even 5 star hotel.

The room was very nice. Jet Bathtub was a nice add on.. customer service was 10/10.. ordered steak and chips from the restaurant 10/10 as well.

Check in and check out was awful. Nobody at the desk either time. When the guy checked me in he spent more time talking to his colleague rather than dealing with me. I asked about parking to which he told me to get my car to the gate and he’d let me in. Twice I pressed the bell until I was let in. Parking was limited and fairly tight. I’ve then gone back in to get my room key. The same guy told me to wait and then had absolutely no idea who I was even though I’d just spoke to him. No receptionist at check out, told by the guy who had been in the restaurant that I’d have to wait while he rang someone who could assist. Whilst waiting a parcel delivery guy came in and he was told the same, wait for a receptionist. The lady arrived and asked me what I was delivering. Realising she had the wrong person she then proceeded to deal with the parcel 1st. This meant phoning the recipient of the parcel before attending to my checkout
