Our stay at West Lake cottage was a welcome retreat from our busy life. The cottage had all the amenities that one would need. Including a bonus of a private hot tub. The kitchen was very well equipped to make most any dish. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Bedroom was cozy, bed was a bit low and not quite as comfortable as home. The view and the connection to wildlife in the area on the common deck allowed for much needed relaxation and reflection. On the one occasion I reached out to Stephen ( self inflicted problem with the door lock) he was responsive and solved the issue quickly. The property is well situated for day trips to all that Prince Edward County has to offer( small towns, excellent wineries, friendly people and Day trips to Picton as well as Kingston) We throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We were in town for a long weekend event, and made an excellent choice to stay at The Birch. Our (well-behaved) canine companion joined us and he gave it 5 wags as well. Comfortable, cosy, clean, contemporary, on the water and within walking distance of everything we needed. We were good tourists and sampled restaurants in town, but we also made meals - the kitchen has all the facilities needed. The bed was really comfortable, if you're particular about pillows, you may want to bring your own.

This was our first time staying at Twin Birch and we would definitely love to go back again. The cottage was very clean and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked very well and kept our cottage cool. Our cottage was right on the waterfront, so we saw swans and ducks swimming in front of our cottage. The cottage was in a very quiet and peaceful area. A pass to Sandbanks Provincial Park was included for our stay. The cottage was within walking distance of restaurants. We highly recommend La Condesa. The new owners seem very nice and attentive, they responded very quickly to our questions before our arrival. Thank you for such a great holiday.

We have just returned from another great week at Twin Birch Suites and Cottages. As always Carolin and Alex were our gracious hosts. Our cottage on the water was spotless with all the amenities we required. There's nothing better than sitting out on the deck in the morning with a coffee (or tea) and enjoying the peaceful serenity that is West Lake.

The staff was so friendly and made us feel welcome right away. The cottage is beautiful and so clean. We loved that it was dog-friendly so we could include our four-legged family member on our trip. Beautiful view of the lake and within walking distance to some delicious restaurants. Close to many wineries as well. We could not have asked for a better base for our trip in the County.

The location is fantastic. Located right on West Lake, a block from the Millennium Trail and walking distance to all the town amenities We rented one of the small cabins. It was impeccable. But the reason I would return is the incredible hospitality and helpfulness of the hosts. You can't go wrong staying here
