白楊飯店(The Poplars Hotel)

Lovely hotel but we were disappointed to find the restaurant closed. There are other places to eat in Moulton but they were meant a good long walk in a bitterly cold evening or taking the car, worrying about parking, not having a drink, etc.

Lovely host, clean rooms, great location and a banging Bacon and Black Pudding sandwich !!

Great location. Staff were accommodating and friendly. An excellent breakfast was also provided.

One night business trip. The welcome on arrival was very poor after a long day and drive up from London. Shouted at as to where I could and could not park my car when pulling into the car park and attempting to park in a spot reserved for hotel guests. I was told in no uncertain terms that I could not park where I was about to park (even though I was a hotel guest). After explaining I was a hotel guest I was still banished to the furthest ends of the car parking area. Very rude and totally unnecessary in my opinion.

I received a warm welcome, the bedroom was clean with a recently refurbished bathroom. A very warm night but a fan was available which helped. Breakfast was fresh, hot and great quality. Overall a great stay and would reuse.

Everything was fine. The people here is what makes it excellent. We would stay again.

Made most welcome on our arrival. Breakfasts were excellent, all freshly cooked. Room was of a good size and well maintained.

Lovely place to stay, room was immaculate and the breakfast was fantastic . Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the area !

Very good weekend all round, staff were super friendly and welcoming, and on the whole really made an effort throughout. Nothing was too much for them. Fab location, everything we needed was close by.
