韋靈伯勒普瑞米爾飯店

Hotel ligt prima gelegen, wij waren er voor een wandeltocht op 10-15 minuten lopen van de start. Kamers zijn ruim wel iets gedateerd , wij hadden een bad met daarin een douche, ik kan me voorstellen dat dit voor mensen die minder goed ter been zijn een nadeel is. Goed om te weten is dat als je kamer schoongemaakt wil hebben of je wil nieuwe handdoeken dat je dit voor een bepaalde tijd bij de receptie moet doorgeven. Wij wisten dit helaas niet maar even naar de receptie gelopen en we kregen nieuwe handdoeken. In de omgeving zitten een aantal supermarkten,subway, mac donalds etc.... Tegenover het hotel bij de Beefeater is het ontbijt dit was voor ons inclusief , ruime keuze en je kan eventueel nog ei gerechten bestellen dit staat niet standaard op het buffet. Wij hebben 1 avond bij het restaurant gegeten en was heerlijk, portie groot genoeg en vriendelijke bediening

Restaurant was closed apparently they we’re doing a refurbishment to it, sadly that wasn’t the case as you could have breakfast in there, the rooms are clean but they are in desperate need of air conditioning units, they was stifling !!! This is not my first stay at this hotel , I have been staying at this particular one for over 20 years, and now they want to charge you £15.00 for checking in before 3pm….sorry that’s not going to happen. This will be my last stay sadly :(!!

We stayed at this premier to attend my sons wedding. There was no air conditioning and a fan that just circulated hot air. I even took my own fan and 2 hand fans but the heat was unbearable. As mother of the groom It was impossible for me to even put make up on as it just dripped off. A lovely lady in the restaurant offered me the chance to do it in the air conditioned area once it was closed but I knew it would all come off the moment I went back to my room to get dressed. I arrived at my sons wedding, sweaty and my make up looking like a scene from the film death becomes her. My whole experience was a nightmare. Apart from the lovely lady in the restaurant I would not rate this hotel as good at all.

We only dropped in for breakfast. The service was great and the food really good and plentiful (all you can eat) We particularly enjoyed Lucy who served us before too. She is outstanding in her curmstomer care!

The staff here are amazing, Jade, Emma, Kaiden. They were very helpful and friendly. The food is very tasty now especially after the refurbishment. I ordered a vegetable burger with salad fries. My friend ordered fish and chips which filled the right spot !

After a 6 hour car journey we checked onto the Premier Inn to be confronted with a very hot room, No Air condition, only a fan, room was apx 29, no air conditioning in the restaurant so we cancelled our breakfast & evening meal, no beer pumps working, garden was full of wasps. Fire alarm went of apx 11pm on Friday night & again at 5.30am Saturday. Vending machine was empty of water so had to make a trip to Tesco.the USB plugs not work. Floor boards squeak. It was truly the worst experience we've ever had at the Premier Inn. We are seriously thinking of not staying at a Premier again.
