Not up to typical Hampton-Inn standars. Rooms were decent but they were several factors impacing comfort. Synthetic bedding was small and very slippery - would not sta on bed. Closet was made up of entire wall with space for 2 items next to each other 4 items wide. Half the space was behind a chair. Bathroom sink is about 1/3rd higher than normal sinks. I am 5'9" - I have no idea how short people even reached it. Toilet would barely flush a tissue. Staff was not rude but certainly not overaly friendly and not knowlegeable. Waited at counter once for 10 minutes to bus something and nobody ever showed up. My wife asked them questions about Hilton Perk policies and they could not answer. The business center computer was broken. Internet did not work first night we were there. While it met our needs it definitely did not live up to the Hampton Inn standars we are used to. We have stayed in a lot of Hampton Inns - if we every travel back to this area we will select a different hote.

Lots of activity in the lobby area until early in the morning. I saw staff putting out breakfast food without wearing gloves on their hands. The room was very cold upon arrival.

It was a great stay. We had to wait for a bit for our room to be ready but it was no big deal. The lady at the front desk seemed overwhelmed but kept her cool and stayed professional. The only complaint i have is that it has been way over a week and the charge is still pending in my acct and my deposit has not been released yet.

Everything from check in to my stay there& check out was great& breakfast was good& ladies working in breakfast area was excellent.

Really very poor management. Really no one in charge. Check in...there were those that wanted a refund. Others were on wait b/c no cleaned rooms, including us. Now in their defense...they had been full the night before and some of Housekeeping did not show up. The two ladies in the Breakfast area should have retired at least five years ago. Old!!! Need fresh energy! Plus, I heard out of this...out of that! Maintenance in the rooms is needed...simple fixes like taking a screw driver and fix loose screws. Toilet seat loose; Faucet loose; Hanging hook loose; Towel holder loose; Really the place has good bones and just plain needs a manager with a bit of energy...and power.

Did not honor my ******* booking when I went to check-in. Said they had no availability. No other explanation was given. Would never book at this Hampton Inn and may never book at any Hampton Inn in the future.

We arrived at 7 PM and we had no room ready for us. I reserved a two queen bedroom and was given a one queen bed with a rollout bed are comforter had a burn hole in it. Our toilet was clogged and the lights in the room did not all work.

We picked this hotel because it had a hot tub, but when we checked in we were tild that the hot tub has been down for some time now and dont know when it would be fixed. I wish the website stated that because we wouldve never stayed there. When we arrived they assigned us to a dirty room but it was fixed without an issue. For being a hotel by hilton, it felt more of a motel then a hotel. Staff was nice and friendly just the property was not what we expected.

No hot water or conditioner in shower. Air conditioner filters were clogged. Teenage girls running around at 2 am
