Second story apartment above a detached garage. Large bedroom and open living space. Great views of Windsor Reservoir and the Rocky Mountains. Located in Severance in a safe quiet neighborhood. Walk out balcony and private entrance through garage. Apartment comes fully furnished and kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and all the basic utensils. Walking paths throughout neighborhood and around lake. Separate drive for parking. Located approximately 5 minutes to Windsor and 15 to Fort Collins. Quiet spot that was spacious and relaxing. Convenient to Colorado State for first year move in for our daughter. Kelly’s directions were clear. Place was very clean.

Beautiful and peaceful The area and accommodations were clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The apartment is an easy drive away from Fort Collins, Widsor, etc. The host was kind and responsive. I would highly recommend this rental and would book it again when in the area.

Just as described.. a comfortable, clean and well-stocked apartment in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely view from the spacious balcony. Easy to check in and out. Perfect for our visit to Windsor. We would definitely stay again.

Visiting Family My Wife and myself and daughter had a great time and great stay here. A nice beautiful property, quite and relaxing! Kelly was great! Definitely would stay again in the future when visiting family.

Great stay! Host gave excellent communications, and property was one of the best VRBO's we have stayed at! Great location as very quiet, scenic and easy access to local communities. Will plan to stay at the property again when we travel back to the area.

Love it here This was my second stay at this property. The bed was very comfortable and the soaking tub was wonderful. The great view of the mountains was a bonus.
