This canal is nearly clear water not murky like other canals!!!! The house is recently remodeled and bright with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and a spacious living room with sliding glass doors opening onto the sundeck, where you will enjoy relaxing and dining outside - while watching for the manatee, otters, and abundant birdlife that visit frequently. ... There is a grill for the guest to use or enjoy sitting by the firepit......Please inquire about ya pets...The local restaurants are within 10 minutes..... There is easy access about 10 minutes to Bayport, Hernando Beach, Pine Island Beach, and 20 minutes to Aripeka with its artist community.
