Newly remodeled 2/2 located in Weeki Wachee directly on a pond leading to a waterway that takes you to the beautiful Weeki Wachee River and out to the Gulf of Mexico. Excellent bass fishing right out the back door! Two bedrooms, one is a double with 2 queens and an en suite full bath. Another, separate bedroom with a queen bed, plus an additional bathroom with tub/shower. Fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and fridge with ice maker. Washer and dryer for guest use. Outdoor grills, covered patio overlooking the water, private dock. 4 kayaks and 2 canoes included. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Smoking outside only..About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Great Location
This is a great location if you are lookong to visit weeki wachee springs. Plenty kayaks to use. Is a super clean property with 2 bathrooms and 3 beds. By the way the owners reply pretty quick if any questions or concerns. I definitely enjoy my stay. Thanks for everything.

More than satisfied with my stay in this cozy and cute little house, spacious with a game room for children and adults, close to everything and the main river of Weeki Wachee is only 10 minutes away by canoe or kayak and it is spectacular, I will soon return , to this house again.and the owners respond quickly to any questions or concerns you may have,,

Beautiful river spot!
Came to weeki wachee to kayak and meet manatees and this place was the perfect launching point! The house was recently renovated, perfectly clean and cozy, and had everything we needed for a great week on the water. When we weren't kayaking, we loved watching the ospreys hunting off the dock. Would highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Amazing family home close to everything!
The house is beautiful, kayaks, and everything we needed was right there waiting for us to arrive. The kids could not get over the game room! Beds are perfect and the couch is stuffed to perfection, perfect to sink right in like a warm hug. My kids had a ball. The owners were great with communication too. 10/10

Sweet getaway
