This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this property. The 1st experience was nothing like this one. Upon arrival, the woman working the front desk was less than friendly. When entering our room, there was paper cups on the floor as though it had not been cleaned from a previous guest. That night we decided to swim & there were other guests in the pool yelling about fighting. There were no towels in the pool area, the front desk was kind enough to give me 2 towels for the pool but apparently had previously refused the other guests towels as that was the reason they were yelling about fighting. Breakfast was decent. Check out was ok, however 2 days later I got a charge for the hotel stay. When I called the hotel & spoke with the manager, the manager screamed at me & said she never swiped my card or charged me. She kept yelling about an Amex card, I explained to her that I have l dont have an amex card & that I paid through *******, which raised her anger because she was upset that I booked through a 3rd party. I again tried to inquire why my "incidental" card was charged for the stay, she got very aggressive & said my card is nowhere in her system. She continued to talk over me & refused to let me get a word out. I tried to suggest maybe my card got tied to another room somehow & she said "you dont get it, we dont have your card on file, what dont you understand". WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. From start to finish- horrible customer service.
