我之所以給這麼低的分不是因為酒店舊、也不是因為房間大小、第一、房間非常遠衞生差,酒店給我一間六樓的房間、這個房間需要先到五樓、再走到盡頭轉彎找到電梯再到六樓、出來再轉彎再找到走廊走到盡頭倒數第二間、在我進房間發現被子上有很多灰、地上有海鳥羽毛後趕快回到前台、排了好久的隊伍、反映我對房間的不滿想更換房間.第二、酒店的態度、當時的男士可能想幫我調換、在查詢、但旁邊有位戴眼鏡的老太太就和他説second floor、然後重複過兩次、我覺得二樓也沒問題、我就詢問是否有窗户、得到的答案是有窗户、但外面有遮擋物什麼都看不到、對此我很擔憂、擔心房間潮濕等情況、預訂時就預訂有窗房肯定是介意窗户問題、結果得到答覆是沒別的房間、就衹有這個、下午四點左右、酒店那麼大、冬季也不像夏季人多、網站還有很多房間、就是不給好好解決問題、我就是乘坐好幾次六樓電梯都沒遇到一個同乘坐的人.第三、入住後真正的**煩來了、之前沒給換房間我就直接出門沒發現,那個洗手間衹要沖水就會發出巨大的發動機聲音、有點像滾筒洗衣機甩乾的聲音、當時以為是水壓上不來機器的聲音、後來發現不用水時也會響?有時十五分鐘響一次、有時二十分鐘、廁所就在我床邊、我真的懶得下樓去和他們爭論、以為所有洗手間都是這樣、後來第二天退房時遇到一個超級好的男士工作人員才知道並不是這樣、沒休息好、忍噪音忍了一晚. 挺遺憾的、我覺得這家酒店歷史悠久、很有歷史的感覺、我很喜歡、裝修舊一點破一點都沒關係、衞生也不怎麼好枕套都是臟的也算了、但我拎個超級大又沉的行李箱、還給我那麼遠又有設施噪音問題的房間、我失望極了. 酒店最重要的就是休息要好、我的訴求都沒得到迴應. 大家三思吧,酒店不給力、服務也差就更糟心.早餐更別提了、也不知道那是什麼!怎麼這麼好的房間就非要塞給我呢?為什麼我每次去六樓都遇不到別的客人?very terrible front desk staffs on 21st Dec 、they didn't try to help me to finger out the room situation when i tried to change the room. the gentleman was checking the other room for me but the lady next to him mention 2nd floor twice、they told me just the 2nd floor with nothing from the window available for me at the end、room 609 is at the end of the corner and i have to change the lift on fifth floor、is very very far way to 609 with my biggest size luggage. So i decided not to change the room and transfer to other hotel at the second day. i don't think they do not have other rooms bcz is winter rn 、not busy as summer. very disappointed to the service on that day especially the loud noise from the toilet (sounds like the pump water machine pumping water strongly n started every 15mins) made me didn't sleep well all nite. I checked out on the second n transfer to another hotel for the next few days even the staff was working on 22nd is so friendly 、warm hearted.
