Five minute walk to main street, as well as two grocery stores. Queen-size murphy bed as well as a full-size pull-out couch. Full bathroom with shower. Galley kitchen with stove, oven, and refrigerator. Private laundry and dryer. Full control of temperature. Cable tv included. Very clean and cozy. We appreciated that and the little touches and kitchen gadgets as well. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and great location. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants and the lake.Highly recommend

Great apartment short walk to downtown Wayzata
We had a great stay. The apartment is cozy and charming with a nice big bedroom for my wife and me and a comfortable queen-sized Murphy bed for my daughter in the living room. All the appliances are new and it feels freshly renovated. Before our stay, I was concerned about a lack of light because it is a walkout on the lower level, but the light turned out to be fine.
A short walk from downtown Wayzata, it was perfect for us as we were visiting my parents who live downtown. For basic living, you don't even need a car. Very walkable.
Finally, the host Adlon was very responsive, as was the housekeeper Ingrid. Their service was above and beyond. Many thanks to both of them!

Beautiful stay
We loved being so close to restaurants and bike trails! Lake Minnetonka is gorgeous and everything was so accessible to this property. Would stay there again.
