This property backs up to Public /BLM land and has amazing views in every direction. Quiet location sits on 20+acres with close hiking trails adjacent to the property. Amazing views are seen in every direction of this property. Sunsets are amazing. Wildlife roam the property frequently. Close to Capitol Reef and located at the base of Boulder Mountain. This charming home is peaceful and quiet for relaxing. Great stay
Very clean and well equipped kitchen. Had some issues with the shower which were resolved quickly. Some other minor issues like some plugs not working, not enough coffee or dishwasher soap. There is a Keurig coffee maker so don’t bother bringing your own coffee which we all did. Very good communication with property manager to resolve any issues. Quiet and peaceful- don’t forget to look at the stars at night. Incredible.

Peaceful beginning to 2023
This place was wonderful! Loved watching the livestock and the spectacular views from all windows. Kitchen had extra spices and plenty of dinnerware. Just what we were looking for. Hubby enjoyed hiking on BLM land that was close to property.
